本项目受到场地环境的启发，场地以前作为农业区，后来随着机场车站等基础设施的到来变成了现代化的城市结构。设计概念巧妙地用城市与郊区之间的“模糊”边界来说明城市的“边缘” 。因此，设计概念代表了两个元素的无限。自然和城市，水平和垂直，简单和复杂，粗糙和光滑...等。
