该项目是对一个住宅的建设，设计团队不遗余力的想将之打造成一个富有魅力的好莱坞摄政时期的建造风格。在上世纪30年代的时候，Paul Williams风格的住宅在这里风靡一时，非常受欢迎。新住宅的主人希望能够对该住宅进行一定程度的改造，使其满足现代的生活方式，成为传统住宅与现代住宅之间的连接点。

中，我们不难发现有传统的元素，除了上世纪30年代的元素，还有40年代，50年代和60年代的景观装置，为人们提供了一个黄金展台来呈现摄政时期的住宅特点。住户希望每一个房屋都有自己的特点和用途，为了满足要求，设计师们对住宅现有的装置进行研究，希望从砖墙外边入手，在场地上放入专门定制的壁灯，这也是进入宅院的标志。屋内的陈设十分讲究，从灯光，颜色搭配和家具陈列，每一处都十分精致，不乏温馨感。

This striking home spares no detail in recreating the glamorous Hollywood Regency style. The original 1930s Paul Williams-style house was in good condition at purchase, but the new owners wanted to make changes to meet their current lifestyle and taste.

The renovated home blends the traditional aspects of the existing house with the owners’ affection for ‘40s, ’50s and ’60s modernism, and provides an ideal place to showcase a large collection of one-of-a-kind furniture from Hollywood ‘s Golden Age. The owners requested that each room have its own identity, so we looked to the existing elements of each. From the brick exterior, with custom-designed sconces, into the entry, the home exudes a gentle manner, with each room gaining intensity in color, materials, furniture and style.
