该项目位于好莱坞山丘西部，这条缓缓的坡道上有一条私人车道，该车道呈去现状，位置比较隐蔽，在大街上很难直观的看到。此次项目中的住宅是一个历史悠久，气势威严的英式Tudor住宅，无论是该住宅的建造风格，还是它周边自然环境的美化特征，都展现了一个英式住宅所应有的高端和浪漫，受到了人们的关注。

设计师们为了对主住宅进行一些补充，使其更加突出，他们将现有的圆形车道改造成了一个大草坪，在住宅的南边有一个倒影池，两边有似砖的灯柱。这个草坪是洛杉矶市目前来说最大的草坪。草坪与主住宅侧面相接，北边的草坪则类似于一个平台花园，四周是一条砖面的小路，这里通向住宅的大门。小小的漫步道两边是高大的罗汉松，这些松树也是该花园的标志性景观。非常显眼。在小路的北端有一个看似非常正式的玫瑰园，玫瑰园两边是车道和一个汽车旅馆。值得一提的是，设计师们从主住宅的设计中获得灵感，在一座小山上新建了一个凉亭，凉亭内设有座位区，而且周边有很多大树，在夏天的时候是一个避暑的好地方。而且在凉亭里也可以看到远处的大草坪和周边的小花园，视野开阔，到了夏天，人们便可以来这里歇脚，也可以欣赏到周边的美丽风景，会很受欢迎。

Nestled in the West Hollywood Hills, this gently sloping property is accessed by a gently curving driveway hidden from the street. The property is anchored with a majestic English Tudor house and the character of this structure and its surrounding grounds afforded the opportunity to create a unique romantic English landscape.

To complement and enhance the main house, an existing circular driveway was transformed into a great lawn. Anchored on its southern edge by a reflecting pond with two brick lanterns, this great lawn provides a foreground for the larger vista of Los Angeles visible beyond. Flanking the main house, and north of the lawn, is a terraced flowering garden that surrounds a brick path that leads to the main entry.A small meandering path shaded by a giant Podocarpus tree creates a landmark within the garden. At the north end of the path, a formal rose garden borders the driveway and motor court. A new pavilion inspired by the main house was built on a small grassy hill. It allows for a shaded seating area with views of the great lawn and surrounding gardens.
