该项目是对一所住宅的设计。该住宅位于新加坡Novena地区和Thomson地区的中心位置，此次住宅设计的主要目的是为居民提供一次健康休闲的生活形态，或者可以简单地将这里当做一个私人的热带度假胜地。在这里，人们可以享受到生活带来的乐趣，在缓缓微风的吹拂下，放松都市生活带来的压力，认真体会现代化生活带给人们的便利与美妙。设计团队从该城市繁华的都市生活与清新的大自然中得到灵感，将当下的城市景观与翠绿繁茂的枝叶融为一体，为单调的都市生活注入一丝绿色清新的气息。

该项目在整个设计过程中，主要围绕别墅的建造理念展开，这不禁让人们想起了位于巴厘岛和马尔代夫的度假村，风景秀丽，休闲舒适,这两个度假胜地的别墅的生活区都位于第一层楼，一些观景平台则被安置在其他不同楼层上。每个别墅四周都是美丽壮阔的天然环境，这也是游客们来到这些度假村的原因之一。

Located at the heart of Novena and Thomson, Vista Residences aims to offer a lifestyle experience akin to a private, tropical resort vacation, where one can relax and wind down from the pressures of modern living. It draws inspiration from the buzz of the city and the tranquility of nature, and combines contemporary landscape with verdant foliage to provide an urban and green lifestyle.

The design revolves around the concept of villas that are reminiscent of resorts in Bali and Maldives. The villas are located on the first storey and the sky terraces found on multiple storeys. Each villa is an atoll of luxuriant serenity.
