Cabana住宅区的设计没有追随以往住宅大楼的设计风格，它是一个矮层楼宇区，场地面积适中，给人以温馨感，采用花园式设计。Cabana设计理念的中心点就是将该小区打造成一个“温泉胜地”，该想法已经被巧妙地编织到各单元住宅的设计里以及小区的公用设施上。在排排房屋间，各处水景间又夹杂了条条林荫大道和长满大树的座座园林，这些园林为人们提供了许多阴凉处，水道里的水流入场地中央的一个户外游泳池内，那里有各种各样的水疗设施。此外，小区内还有一个娱乐广场，广场上有一个20米长的健身游泳池，一个按摩池和一个儿童专用泳池。公用灶台位于一个木制娱乐甲板上，人们在这里烧烤或者进餐，孩子们可以在这里玩耍，夏天人们也可以在这里晒日光浴。另外，在一片悠闲的草坪上有一条林荫大道，阳光透过树叶在路面上留下斑点，这里种有热带地区的花草。可以说，Cabana住宅是一个有着私有温泉的住宅，也可以说，它本身就是一个温泉浴场内的住宅区。

Cabana is a low-rise, cozy-sized residential development placed within a “gardenesque” setting. Central to the concept of Cabana is the “spa sanctuary”, which has been woven delicately into the design of the individual home units as well as that of communal amenities. Between rows of homes, cool cascading water boulevards intertwine with avenues and groves of tall trees with generous shades; the water boulevards flow into a central sun-drenched swimming pool that has various spa facilities. A stone’s throw away, the recreational plaza offers a 20-metre lap pool, a Jacuzzi and a children’s pool. Nestled within a timber recreational deck, this communal hearth meets the social needs of the residents with its barbeque and dining pavilion, children’s play area and sun tanning lounge. With its tree-lined avenues amidst idyllic lawns bathed in dappled sunlight and tropical blooms, Cabana perfectly encapsulates, at the same time, “a spa within a home” and “a home within a spa”.
