在这个项目上，设计师们试图改变人们对常规协作办公空间的一贯看法。他们打造出了灵活多变的工作区域，以满足协同办公的人们所需要的不同工作模式，可以适用于多种办公类型。为了最大限度的挖掘人与人之间交流的欲望，他们还专门设计了一个用于群聚的咖啡间。考虑到或许有人会需要一些相对独立隐秘的办公区，设计师还在办公室四周开阔的区域里，规划出了几间陈设简单的小办公间。

款式简单的混凝土、胶合板、黑碳钢，还有软装家具那柔和的颜色，是那么和谐，结合在一起给大家呈现出的是一个具有独特美感的办公场所。虽然这个办公室的最终使用者是不同类型的公司，但是设计师着重打造出一种统一一致的感觉。办公室里装饰着一些当地艺术家Charles Munka的绘画作品，并且还专门在细节上处处彰显着特有的香港气质。

In this project we attempted to change the perception of the way people view co-working office space.Using different workplace typologies is giving the flexibility a shared office space needs to adapt the different work methods and needs.In order to promote users to dip in and out of interaction with others, we attempted to make our interaction areas resemble that of a Coffee House.At the perimeter surrounding the open area we have created simple in palate dedicated office rooms giving the privacy some users may need.

The simple but balanced palette of concrete, plywood, black metal and pastel colours in soft furniture creates the recognisable Urban: aesthetics. Although a space created to be shared by different users we aimed provoking a sense of community. In collaboration with locally based artist Charles Munka we filled the shared areas with artwork and we used details advocating the spirit of Hong Kong.
