一项园林改造工程已经在2011年完工。该工程在市中心区域创造了一个现代化的休息公寓。该休息寓所的设计离不开Demsar arhitekti团队的帮助，该花园和住宅的设计紧密地结合在一起，共同为大家呈现了一个凝聚明了的设计故事。

在该场地中，一个面积较大的线形游泳池与温泉浴室相连，在住宅之外还有一个木质花园，它与户外厨房相连（花园和户外出访都是Demsar arhitekti团队设计的）。植被区域和香草花园旁边有水磨石打造的长椅，居民们可以在这里休息。同样的材料也用于垫脚石的建设，这些石料小路将蔬菜花园和室外厨房连接在一起。各种材料都进行过轻微的着色处理，并打造出一定的形状。花园中一些较大型的景观元素与住宅的风格保持一致。当花园中的树木长大时，这个花园将会变得更加美丽，到时候这里将成为一个名副其实的私人城市住宅。

A garden renovation project that was finished in 2011 created a modern designed retreat in city center. Combined with great architectural renovation by our friends, Demsar arhitekti, the garden and house present a coherent design story.

Large, linear swimming pool connects the spa addition to the house and a wooden garden sheed with outdoor kitchen (both design by Demsar arhitekti). Vegetable and herb garden is framed with a terrazzo bench. The same material is used for stepping stones that connect veggie garden with outdoor kitchen. Materials are in subtle colors and forms. Large elements in the garden follow the volume of the house. When the trees will grow into their final size, they will frame the garden and transform it into a truly private urban retreat.
