广场的布局很简单:整个广场是一个三角形状的平台，在三角形空间的中间有一颗菩提树。 广场边缘种植的一排梧桐树。三角形的平台的把自己塑造成一个可用空间,设计风格参考了田园风的广场。广场的材料也选择了比较乡土的素材,这样一来便可以很容易与周围的环境和城市的新设计的相协调。 平台中设计了很多的空间为当代使用者提供了许多使用的机会。

In this winning design for the Hill, the square becomes the main square of Tilburg once more; lively and relaxing, modern and green. A venue for cultural festivals, fairs and a homage to William II. A square, but green! The layout of the square is simple: a triangular shaped platform with lime trees set in a triangular space. The diverging shape of the square is defined by its surroundings and accentuated by a planting of plane trees along the edges. The triangular shape of the platform molds itself into the available space and is a reference to the rural origin of the square. The materials for the square are chosen in such a way that they easily connect with the surroundings and the new design for the city ring. The platform has lots of space and offers many opportunities for contemporary uses. With the chosen materials, the ‘stage’ is a hybrid between an urban center and a green oasis.
