在该项目中，设计师weston williamsons以及他的团队打算建造一个高速列车通道，通道将横穿adelaide市，墨尔本市，堪培拉市，悉尼市以及布里斯班，从墨尔本到布里斯班全程大约90分钟的路程。在该团队看来，澳大利亚的独特地势使得这条高速通道的建设成为可能，而且将大大缩减到各个目的地城市的时间和距离。结合高科技，在路上人们同样可以看到不同城市的风景，不仅仅是自然风景，也包括繁华的商业街区。

该项目如果顺利完成，那将极大促进澳大利亚的经济增长，同时也会刺激上述城市的旅游业发展。近几年来，到这五个城市的游客数量连年增加，因此这条公路的修建对那些喜好旅游的人们来说应该是福音。目前，这条高速公路的计划正在美国加州进行，其他的部分则在欧洲进行，设计团队相信完善后的

the effect could be positive for australia’s growth and allow new communities to flourish along the route. the numbers of travellers flying between these 5 cities is significantly high so the hyperloop will have a vast effect on australia’s climate change targets as well as demonstrating an important lesson worldwide. hyperloop routes are currently being planned in california and other parts of USA and in europe, but the practice believe proposals for australia provide the most benefits in terms of economic boost and ecological benefits.
