圣外拓(San Vitto)是意大利撒丁区南端的一个小镇。这里，在一个被人遗忘的废墟里，有一套“正经房子” （serious house）。这套房子是意大利合作事务所FAHR 021.3为180创新营设计的一个公共装置。事务所利用色彩缤纷的结构重造了这个破旧的地方，创造了一种情绪体验，让人不禁想问这里过去是什么、现在是什么、未来又会是怎样。“正经房子”是一个短暂而坚定的梦，它冰封了某个时刻，让游客的想象来决定这里的现实到底是什么。项目的建设让当地居民更加接近、了解到了艺术。

San Vitto is a small town on the southern tip of Sardinia, Italy. There, within a forgotten ruin, is the ‘serious house’. The home, if you should decide to call it that, is a public installation by Italian collaborative FAHR 021.3 for 180 Creative Camp. The studio’s (re)creation of a decrepit space through use of colored lines of paint–and structures–creates an emotional experience that questions what was, what is, and what could be.

‘Serious house’ is a fleeting and uncompromising dream that freezes a moment of time and lets visitors’ imaginations decide what the space’s reality really is. The project was developed as an effort to improve local inhabitants’ exposure and access to art.
