Under the VIP-Bank, the building consisted of one story with a basement. The area was increased one and a half times by breaking down the first floor to two levels.

The images of respectability, reliability and stability are most easily expressed through European classical tradition, in which there is clear structure and proportionality to human parameters, followed by warmth and comfort, a warm and friendly atmosphere.

This was reflected through a combination of the vertical planes and smooth plastic lines of the balcony curves, the arched openings of the high windows of whole stained glass, and the columns, in a warm color scheme. Finishes of travertine with rustication, dilute the modern forms of glass and aluminum.

The banking service functions for visitors are located on the ground floor, where the operations department provides customer service. In the basement is a storage system for money. The second level houses the management team, along with a glass conference room.

In the decoration of the walls, clinker bricks and aged wood were used.
