World Masterpieces of Art & Ukrainian Traditional Jewelry

Together with the ROOTS brand, we decided to dispel stereotypes about Ukrainian traditional jewelry as something outdated and irrelevant.

So I created collages based on paintings by prominent artists and supplement them with ROOTS jewelry. Look at them from another angle, apart from stereotypes. Look at the way you look at paintings in a museum - as beautiful, aesthetic things.

We wanted to show that such jewelry could be easily worn in France in the XIX century, in Spain in the XX century, and in Ukraine today, in the XXI century. These things are classic, self-sufficient, timeless. And that is why they fit so organically into the masterpieces of art.
