These buildings include the cafe, library and concert hall. On the same floor of the cafe, there is the music center and room provided for a student passionate about music. Not only that, the cafe can be the waiting area for parents while waiting for their children and a gang of people to gather to have a meal. Some performances by the children will be performed on the stage. For the floor of the library, the type of books are related to music and musical instrument to let the public know. The highest floor is the concert hall for the orchestra to have their performance.
