90% of the population lives in cities ... By centralization of most activities life in small towns is practically impossible. In search of jobs, people moved to larger city centers, leaving behind them demographic devastation. Advances in technology have made possible full automation of jobs, replacing physical labor. Villages have become autonomous systems for food production, positioned

like oases in a sea of ​​buildings. The city expanded and occupied everything stopping only in front of natural boundaries. Out of necessity to satisfy the newcomer's accommodation requirements have accelerated building residential complexes at the expense of public spaces. Industrial zones and abandoned spaces, because of their problematic nature, are being neglected in this process of building the city. In a densely built city, these spaces are the only unoccupied surfaces.

In my work, I created a dystopian future script to which I react. My idea is to show how housing would look in a densely populated area of the city center where the only possibility of expansion is in height. Due to increasing air pollution, it is predicted that a larger number of hours will be spent indoors.

That's why I form housing space as a modular capsule that can be attached to an existing facility or self-sustaining towers for capsules located throughout the city. Capsules can be upgraded with modular elements accordingly to the needs of their tenants.
