WHITEWOOD MD HOUSE is a private house located on a complex relief in a birch grove. Access to the plot is at the top of it, and the slope goes deep into the territory. In front of the house has a

anopy

 for two cars, which is connected to the terrace, and there is a balcony overlooking the entire site and the surrounding area.

The choice of finishing materials is conditioned by the design code of the Whitewood cottage complex, which provides the use of only black and white colors. Black and white colors are a specific reference to the birch bark, so we want to make the house exists in harmony with the birch grove and become part of it.

WHITEWOOD MD HOUSE это частный дом на сложном рельефе в березовой роще.

 Подъезд к участку осуществляется в его верхней точке, а уклон уходит вглубь территории. Перед домом имеется навес на два авто, который соединен с террасой, а также есть балкон с которого открывается вид на весь участок и близлежащую территорию. 

Выбор отделочных материалов обусловлен дизайн кодом коттеджного комплекса Whitewood, который предусматривает использование в отделке исключительно черного и белого цветов. 

Черный и белый - это прямое цитирование цветов коры берез, тем самым мы стремимся к тому, чтобы дом существовал в гармонии с березовой рощей и стал её частью.

The first floor is on the same level as the entrance group. There are bedrooms, several bathrooms, and also utility rooms on the first floor. The bacement floor has common areas: a kitchen-living room in one large space with access to the terrace, which has a barbecue area and an outdoor pool. Also, there is a separate bathroom for guests, a small guest bedroom, and an office on the bacement floor.

Первый этаж расположен в одном уровне с въездной группой, на нем размещены, в основном, жилые комнаты (несколько спален и санузел), а также технические помещения.

На нулевом этаже расположены места общего пользования: кухня с кладовой и гостиная с выходом на террасу, с которой открывается прекрасный вид на березовую рощу, также на нулевом этаже есть спортзал, хоз. помещение, небольшая спальня и санузел.
