废弃建筑改造别墅

This project is a renovation of existing closed down construction of the building.

The general idea is to form console that rises above the ground in combination with the rest space of house. And in this way it allows to preserve pre-existing relief with minimal intervention in natural environment.

The space of the backyard is formed by natural relief and an alpine hill with stones and fire pit.

A concrete retaining wall with climbing plants supports the mood of human-nature synergy.

The lighting scenarios help to show the shape of the house differently in depend of day time
