未来旅行新概念——SEAT NOMADER

This is my BA tesis project developed during the last six months of transportation design career at IED Barcelona. It has been done in collaboration with SEAT as a client, creating from an established briefing, a mobility solution in relation with the moving, traveling and tourism of the year 2030 in Europe. 

Under the name of NOMADER, this project is set to define the traveling and living of a possible future, understanding the travel always as an adventure. Since someone has a permanent freedom to move and change the living location, the perception of vacation alterates.

It has been a pleasure to live and share this experience. Thanks to everyone involved, a lot!

From a few pieces of foam to a realistic looking model! The development of the physical model has been as hard as nothing else in the project. Hundreds of hours sanding, puttying, priming, correcting, pasting, fitting, polishing and obviously 3D modeling. Every single piece was modeled with Alias, the different foam parts and the other multiple 3D printed pieces as the batteries and mudgards. And altough sometimes it didn't seem like this during the process, it was worth it!
