Owning an apartment in the heart of big metropolitans like HCMC is already difficult for many young couples, but how to make the most of the advantages of the location, balance between space, and usage of the area is also another pain in the neck.

To fulfill our customer's desire for an apartment filled with natural light, while capturing the priceless view to District 1 anytime and from anywhere, the architects at Oscar Concept used large windows, combining with light-colored walls, marble, and furniture with neat and sharp details so that the space is maximized, but still gentle enough and suitable for daily living needs.

The dressing room and wardrobe are “hidden" behind the wall on the short corridor leading to the bathroom, separated from the bedroom by an opaque glass wall, which not only saves space but also becomes a highlight, creating elegance and aesthetics in the entire design of the apartment.
