The developer wanted to develop a 4 Stars Hotel in the existing Mall, Dandy on the Cairo-Alexandria Road to benefit from the new 6th of October City Airport. The Hotel shall be integrated in the existing Basement, Ground and First Floors and shall be adding two extra floors.
