Material Connexion (MCX), one of the world’s leading design resources for textile and materials, selected WOOD-SKIN as its chief designer to envision the future of temporary installation design at the Rho Fiera (iSaloni). MCX sought to create a 

fluid and dynamic environment 

that would accommodate visitors and business meetings.

WOOD-SKIN addressed these needs and challenged the common notion of wood, showing how 

a single sheet of WOOD-SKIN​​​​​​​ can be reconfigured

 to produce any number of 3D surfaces. The result: seating, reception and meeting spaces that highlight customization, flexibility and functionality with high-end design at the fore.
