The site was previously occupied by a single-level 1 300m² shopping centre with 8 commercial units of various sizes as well as public meeting room.

The commercial units were demolished during the second phase of the operation after they were relocated to the premises created in the first phase.

The operation involved the construction of the 108-unit dwellings with shops on the ground floor and 87 parking spaces at basement level built into two phases :

·    1st  phase of 58 dwellings including the transfer of shops to the new ground floor

·    2nd  phase of 50 dwellings including 8 F1, 14 F2, 20 F3, 8 F4 and shops at the RdC

The dwellings are certified BBC EFFINERGIE (low energy consumption buildings) and are connected to the geothermal district heating system.
