The 26-story luxury rental building situated at the nexus of two of Brooklyn's hottest neighborhoods, Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Flatbush, features a facade with a bold play between precast and glass curtain wall. The undulating geometry of the glass curtain wall façade scales down the mass of the building, allowing for each apartment to have a unique view of the skyline. Over 50,000 square feet of amenity space includes a fitness center, sauna/steam room, business center, game room, golf simulator, two residential lounges, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, dog run, co-working lounge, half basketball court, children’s playroom and rooftop outdoor pool.
