Rengle Tower is a mixed residential and tertiary building located on the seafront in the town of Mataro (Barcelona). Its nearly 14,500 m2 spread over 4,500 m2 of parking spread over 2 underground floors, 7,000 m2 of residential and 3,000 m2 of tertiary use. The residential area consists of 60 apartments from 90 to 120 square meters, all of them with views to the beach and spacious terraces. As a main feature the building has two volumes, the first one lower with 8 levels that connects the bridge-shaped outbuilding, and the other one with 15 plants that houses the majority of apartments. The top floor has a sun terrace with garden and pool for community use with the best views in town.
