Located in the heart of Toronto, at the edge of the most prized Rosedale and Summerhill neighbourhoods, Shaftesbury 48 by Ancerl Studio in collaboration with CLN Development and JORG, captures the imagination with its timeless elegance inspired by Paris' Hausmann apartments.

Visitors are charmed as they start their journey in the artful foyer and spacious vestibule. Featuring extensive, emotive detailing such as the decorative crown mouldings, and the smoked French white oak floors laid throughout in a herringbone pattern, the seductive property reveals its modernized classic finishes as one meanders.

As a centre stage for the most exclusive of dinner parties, the high-contrast dining room shines as a beacon of glamour piercing the traditional facade with a modern edge.
