With close proximity to Seattle Center, Denny Park, Olympic Sculpture Park, and downtown, the 9-story Century Apartments is designed to maximize the pedestrian experience at grade. A large retail space is located on the busy thoroughfare of Denny Way, while smaller live-work units with raised entries are located along Taylor Avenue N and John Street. The combination of private, semi-public and public green space provides relief from the hard streetscape of the urban environment and creates a safe buffer from heavy street traffic for residents.
