160 sqm House Renovation in a rural setting, We maintained a connection to the place with a warm and homely atmosphere and took care of natural materials like black iron in the windows, wood in the parquet and furniture. Windows were opened to let in light and openness, and the alignment of the levels maintained continuity and allowed a free and safe passage even between the interior and the exterior that was re-paved and a new pergola was designed for it.
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a central living space. A large wooden door opens to a small and inviting entrance foyer, to the right of which is a study and guest toilet. To the left is a corridor to the parents' bedroom, grandchildren's room and bathroom. The public area is exposed in stages, first to the living room and then to the dining area and the adjoining kitchen that has received a facelift. From the kitchen there is access to another guest room with bathroom. A dark display case in the dining area that combines a black table and colorful dining chairs, maintains an industrial rustic feel that a star sought to achieve.
The living room has a raised TV cabinet on a stone platform designed to disconnect the adjacent gas fireplace from the parquet floor. The Rish sofa by designer Arik Ben Simhon was adapted to the size of the living room and has Miklola cushions on it. The coffee table and the rectangular rug match their colors to the entire living room. Artworks from Gallery 1of135 More.
And two units of wall joinery allow for plenty of storage. The bathroom was designed with a monochromatic industrial look, and since it is a small space, light materials were chosen for it for a sense of size and space.
