was conceptualized after the concrete idea to provide 4 rooms luxury apartments for sale to Karachiites with a pioneer Sub-urban living. This is why Sohni Saiban is closely connected to all the main routes of Karachi and in the close vicinity of daily destinations of institutions and medical facilities, while conveniently away from the polluted city life. 

Pixarch provided the required outcomes to the management of Sohni Saiban in the timeliest fashion. The experienced professionals at Pixarch initially worked on the animation and brochure design. The resulting material of which completely wooed Sohni Saiban project builders as Pixarch was chosen to create all the marketing and showcasing collaterals for the project. Pixarch made a 3d Virtual Walkthrough, 3D Images, 2D & 3D Floor Plan, designed brochures and even developed the website for this new project from scratch.
