Located on Level 10 of Vision Crest Commercial sits the new home of SIX Financial. Six is a financial technology company and they have requested for 30-40% of their workspace to be dedicated to be collaborative work areas

At the initial stage of the project, ID-Integrated have been given a draft plan which painted the preliminary idea and headcount/rooms requirement for the space. We digested the information and proceeded to develop it. We had in mind a series of green-labelled materials which we intended to propose to SIX because of a concept which we have derive at. We also kept in mind to ensure a smooth workflow via the adoption of a main corridor which encircles the entire office and serving as the main avenue to various parts of the office .

Back to the concept which we were mentioning – what we have for SIX is to create for them a collaborative office which is internationally aligned in terms of corporate image. However, we saw the value of infusing some local flavours to give the property an added dimension of character. That is when we decided on incorporating the Singapore’s urban planning, design and biophilic approach into SIX’s office. It was a concept that was well received by client. With that, we went on to refine the layout, material selection and discussion of construction detail. SIX and ID-Integrated decided to put the emphasis and invest more time on design planning as we believe that intensive pre-planning will yield a closer to perfect end-result.

We especially love the aesthetics and function of SIX’s front-of-the-house which sports a Reception, Arena as well as the Work Cafe. The flow of these spaces is smooth and organic. Accented with biophilic elements and backed with generous use of timber-look surfaces, the front-of-house is truly warm and inviting. The Reception comes with a backlit logo contrasted against the backdrop of preserved moss, thereby giving any visitors a welcoming first impression. As we step into the Work Cafe, one could not help but feel the upgraded level of comfort and conduciveness of the space. It is unconventionally casual with a set of tiered seating at the Arena to conduct a townhall meeting. It places any users of the space in a very relaxed state of mind while working – thereby increasing productivity.
