Nina Maya Interiors与Urban Future Architects合作，着手为位于市中心街区的 133 平方米建筑住宅增添一抹亮色。通过优质材料和工艺来打造奢华的都市生活，采用定制饰面手工制作。向后打开以通往泳池露台的内部空间。上层露台将主层的生活空间与一览无余的景色连接起来。

设计师将传统小屋与后现代延伸部分缝合在一起，是落地玻璃的完美体现，光线充足，质感丰富。从正面看，是一个朴素的传统住宅，在后面呈现出全新的形象，后方的现代建筑延伸与旧建筑形成鲜明对比，住宅扩展到三层，包括一个壮观的阁楼转换。 受到空间格局的影响，设计师将一个玻璃楼梯定位为三层露台的中央脊柱。
