纳沃设计 | 以水为脉，诠释运河三境

京杭大运河作为我国历史上最负盛名的交通枢纽，千百年来影响着沿岸人民生活的方方面面。对杭州而言，运河有着特殊的地位。它不仅孕育了人才辈出的杭州人民，更承载着整个中华民族国泰民安的梦想。运河周边的河畔茶楼、书屋、各类商铺，处处透出大运河深厚的文化底蕴。

As the most prestigious transportation hub in the history of our country, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal has affected every aspect of the life of the people along the coast for thousands of years. For Hangzhou, the canal has a special status. It not only bred the people of Hangzhou, but also the dream of the entire Chinese nation. The riverside tea houses, book houses and various shops around the canal reveal the profound cultural heritage of the Grand Canal.

王国维在《人间词话》中说：人生有三重境界“昨夜西风凋碧树，独上高楼，望尽天涯路”此第一境也；“衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴”此第二境也；“众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首那人却在灯火阑珊处”此第三境也。人生三境，三字总结：立、守、得。

京杭府售楼处位于杭州市余杭区城北重贤新城，西临京杭大运河，南临运河新城。因其特殊的地理位置和历史文化影响，我们设计的理念为以水为脉，来诠释运河的三重境界——立、守、得。

The sales office of Beijing-Hangzhou is located in Chongxian New City, Chengbei, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, with the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the west and the Canal New City in the south. Due to its special geographical location and historical and cultural influences, our design philosophy is to use water as the pulse to interpret the three realms of the canal – standing, persisting and gaining.

第一重境-- 立

-First priority - standing-.

西承运河云物倶鲜

承古启今立于千秋

城无水不活。水者何也？万物之本源，诸生之生命。水穿于地，腾于空，奔于山，历经种种，滋养万物，孕育慰藉深厚的文化。杭州因运河水系形成枕河而居的传统居住方式，小桥流水人家的沿河城市面貌让人印象深刻。

当我们置身于京杭府中时，也会有同样的感觉，水无声无息，却又无处不在。

The city can not live without water. What about the water? The origin of all things, the life of all living things. Water is worn on the ground, vacated in the air, rushing to the mountains, through various kinds, nourishing all things, nurturing a profound culture. Hangzhou is a traditional way of living because of the formation of the pillow river in the canal water system. The face of the river along the river is impressive. When we are in the Beijing-Hangzhou government, we will feel the same, the water is silent, but it is everywhere.

白日喧哗，落地成埃。洽谈区的总体布局对称均衡，端正稳健，而在装饰细节上崇尚自然情趣又极具现代风格，营造出了舒适怡然的空间氛围。

It’s very quiet here.The overall layout of the negotiation area is balanced, and the decoration is beautiful and modern. It creates a comfortable space.

第二重境-- 守

-Second priority - persisting-

山水之怡林泉之致

守本固源脉络传承

这个项目运用的主材元素有：白色外墙建筑涂料、古典图样纹板、金属框架、落地横窗等。白墙黛瓦，青石板巷的运用将传统文化元素与现代手法有机结合，从而实现室内和室外的园林景观特色交互，既体现了地域特色又形成了配置优化的院落式建筑。通过空间层次的逐级进入，层层深入的院落生活体验，运用东方中式的迂回转乘，呈现出隐逸生动的生活哲学。

The main elements usedin this project are: white exterior wall architectural paint, classical patternpattern board, metal frame, floor-to-ceiling window and so on. The use of whitewall tiles and bluestone alleys combines traditional cultural elements withmodern techniques to achieve the interaction of indoor and outdoor landscapefeatures. It not only reflects the regional characteristics but also forms acourtyard-style building with optimized configuration. Through the step-by-stepentry of the spatial level, the deep-seated courtyard life experience, usingthe oriental Chinese style, is a vivid life philosophy.

文化之得

人心之得

细数京杭大运河流传下来的文化遗产：桥梁文化、舟船文化等不胜枚举。

借由运河文化带给杭州的多重影响，我们在设计上多处采用了古代山水画的元素，引景入室，从而达到景中有景，境中有境，天人合一的境界，同时也在重新定义人与自然之间的关系，人与人以及人与自己之间的关系。

Counting the cultural heritage handed down from the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal: bridge culture, boat culture, and so on. Through the multiple influences that the canal culture brought to Hangzhou, we used the elements of ancient landscape paintings in many places in the design, and introduced the scene into the room, thus achieving the realm of scenery, the environment in the environment, and the realm of heaven and man. Redefine the relationship between people and nature, the relationship between people and people and themselves.
