夜色城市的bar有着相似灵魂色彩，看久了难免乏味，所以我们讲故事，将人生与酿酒平行排比，不为写诗只为共情。从一粒麦芽的抽穗到琥珀色的酒液，带你感受日光的温度，橡木桶的沉静以及酒杯里那高扬的香气。

The bar of the night city has a similar soul color, which is inevitably boring after watching it for a long time, so we tell a story, parallel platitudes between life and winemaking, not for writing poetry but only for empathy. From the spike of a grain of malt to the amber colored liquor, we take you to feel the temperature of daylight, the silence of oak barrels and the soaring aroma in the glass.

蒸馏是一门科学，酿酒是一门美学。

酒精被热量蒸腾而上后凝结成纯净的酒液，这一取舍过程复杂却被天然地发现并运用，一如时常做选择的你我。

克制与舍得是一种修炼，内敛着跃动的火光。从灰色的门进入，理性的平静占了上风，用沉稳的语气吸引你进去一探究竟。

Distillation is a science and distillation is an aesthetic science.

上枕星河，下望灯火，凭栏而坐，举杯邀明月，微醺的快乐随晚风融于夜色。在这样的晚上，忽然读懂了李白，所以灯不能夺走月的光辉，让月光和城市灯火为这方天地渲染，感受自然流淌的刻度。
