空间的生命力依赖可持续性生态发展观，当其作为地域及历史脉络延续的载体，不因呈现形态对未来的想象产生束缚，那便是创建者心中的理想地、自由地，观江樾·正荣府正是如此。

The vitality of the space relies on the sustainable ecological development view. As the carrier of the continuation of the region and historical context, it does not restrict the imagination of the future due to the appearance. It is the ideal and free place in the creator's mind, and Guanyue zhengrong Residence is just like that.

海纳百川的榕城及海丝之路的传奇历史为空间设计提供灵感，闽江九转蜿蜒入海形成主场前置动线形态，如丝缎起伏且缓缓延伸，建筑、景观乃至空间内部相映成趣，婉转如歌。

The legendary history of Banyan City and Hess Road in Haina provides inspiration for the design of the space. The minjiang River winds its way into the sea at nine turns to form the front moving line of the main venue, such as the undulations of silk and satin and slowly extending. The architecture, landscape and even the interior of the space reflect each other, which is like a song.

强制动线，看上去像是命题作文里的某种限制条件，创作，很多时候都需要发散式的头脑风暴，一旦加入前缀，破坏性或许就是致命的，可当它无法回避时，化解它并无懈可击的立论它，在设计师看来是必备的技能。

Forced moving line, seems like a proposition in the composition of some restrictions, creation, many times need divergent brainstorming, once the prefix, destructive may be fatal, but when it can not be avoided, resolve it and flawless argument it, in the designer's view is a necessary skill.

于是，途经处，惊喜不断，空中圆润之处缓缓坠落的水滴，消隐在细腻起伏的屏断中去；墙面内嵌通莹剔透的晶体，如初春欲化的冰凌，一派祥和。

Then, passing by, surprise constantly, the air fruity drops slowly falling, disappearing in the delicate undulating screen break; The crystal that penetrates inside metope, if the icicle that wants to change in early spring, one group is peaceful.

“复行数十步，豁然开朗...”人类生命的繁衍大都临水而兴，因此临窗面水话事应最是愉悦欢欣之举了。空间属性本是凝固的，因人类的活动，时间与空间有了交叠，过往与未来也有了关联。

"After walking dozens of steps, suddenly enlightened..." Most human beings thrive near water, so a window view of the water should be the most enjoyable. The nature of space is solidified. Due to human activities, time and space overlap, and the past and future are related.

空间的流动应是在虚的转换中似漫不经心的置入实的器物，有生命的器物往往不经意就能唤醒和点亮空间，尤其在曲线围合的玲珑的维度里，人、器物与空间无比契合，克守着神秘的平衡法则。

The flow of space should be a real object placed casually in the virtual transformation. Living objects can often awaken and light up the space inadvertently. Especially in the exquisite dimension surrounded by curves, people and objects fit perfectly with the space and keep the mysterious law of balance.
