售楼处空间展示

The view of Sale Center

本案项目位于大连，一座背靠海岸线的浪漫都市，蓝天、碧海、青山、白石、连绵起伏的海岸，潮起潮落，如诗如画，一派旖旎的海滨风光。与此同时，大海也赋予人们对这座城市更多的向往。

This case project is located in Dalian, a romantic city backed by the coastline, blue sky, blue sea, green mountains, white stone, rolling coast, ebb and flow, picturesque, a school of charming coastal scenery. At the same time, the sea also gives people more yearning for the city.

大朴设计以未来为题，突破传统设计思路，用现代主义的设计理念链接生活美学，沉浸于营销中心未来感的生活体验。

With the theme of future, Da Pu design breaks through the traditional design thinking, links the life aesthetics with the design concept of modernism, and immerses in the life experience of the sense of future in the marketing center.

△接待入口

Reception entrance

以水为媒，从入口到中区，水元素的注入让整个空间充满灵动感。水景处艺术装置为艺术家张占占的 pupu 熊（想你了），设计师将其引入营销空间，希望能够将年轻、新鲜的活力带到这座城市中来。

With water as the medium, from the entrance to the central area, the injection of water makes the whole space full of vitality. The waterscape is an art installation for artist Zhang Zhanzhan’s PUpu Bear (miss you), which the designer introduced into the marketing space, hoping to bring a young, fresh energy to the city.

△沙盘区

Delta sand area

继而来到沙盘区，纯手工烧制蓝色玻璃水晶，静置于此，高低错落层次分明，宛若安静海面的细微波澜，宁静深远亦有恢宏磅礴之势。

Then came to the sand table area, pure handmade blue glass crystal, static placed here, strewn at random with distinct levels, like the subtle waves of the quiet sea, quiet profound also has the potential of magnificent.

水景区陈列泡泡树，缓缓垂下的白色泡泡，坠地后化为一抹清澈雾气，水景背景区选取球形装置悬空错落陈列，金属材质的稳重气质也赋予不同于白色泡沫的短暂存在，因此取名为"Eternal"。

Bubble trees are displayed in the water scenic area. White bubbles that hang slowly turn into a clear mist after falling to the ground. Spherical devices are displayed in the background area of the water landscape.

△洽谈区

Delta negotiation area

基于大众对于远方的想象，洽谈区家具的陈列营造一份亲切舒适且似老友相聚的洽谈氛围，提升受众内心认同感，从而产生共鸣。

Based on the public’s imagination of the distance, the display of furniture in the negotiation area creates a friendly and comfortable negotiation atmosphere like old friends meeting, so as to enhance the audience’s inner identity and generate resonance.

整个洽谈区的家具以灰白为主体色调，点缀些许主题蓝色，相互衬托，造型独特的金属单椅也为空间注入了年轻元素，设计师对于细节的考量也体现了对品质的追求。

The furniture in the whole negotiation area is mainly tonal with grey and white, dotted with some theme blue, which sets off each other. The unique metal single chair also infuses young elements into the space, and the designer also reflects the pursuit of quality on the consideration of details.

自上而下的渐变蓝色，成为洽谈区天然的背景。由深入浅，滨海美景以色彩的形式得以表现，光影的修饰点亮了这一抹蓝，使蓝调所预示的优雅独特发挥的恰到好处。

The gradual blue color from top to bottom makes a natural background for the negotiation area. From depth to depth, the seaside beauty is expressed in the form of color. The modification of light and shadow illuminates this touch of blue, which makes the elegant and unique play predicted by blues just right.

Delta teahouse area

像一座悬浮的孤岛，处于你向往的远方；路途遥远，我们虽然漂泊但也自由。悬浮的茶桌的设计源自于远航的船只，以蓝色为主体色意味航行的状态；静置一旁的铂金冰块椅寓意着等待，总有这样一个港湾会让你停下，家在此处等待归期。

Like a floating island, in the distance you long for; A long way, we are drifting but also free. The design of the floating tea table originates from the sailing ship, with blue as the main color meaning the state of navigation; The platinum ice chair stands aside as a metaphor for waiting, and there is always a harbor where you can stop and wait for your return.

VIP 室整体氛围淡雅纯净，延续了洽谈区的灰白色调，宁静淡雅，装饰画与花艺在色彩上加以点缀，凸显细节的同时也增添生活气氛。

The overall atmosphere of the VIP room is quietly elegant and pure, which continues the grey and white color of the negotiation area and is quiet and quietly elegant. Decorative paintings and flowers are decorated in colors, highlighting details and adding life atmosphere at the same time.

艺术装置以金属材质进行呈现，尽显空间质感，点线面以按其法则，以不规则方式陈列展示，再结合形线条光，勾勒出空间的几何之美，营造出宁静且深远的艺术氛围，引发无限想象。

The art installation is presented with metal materials to show the texture of the space. Points, lines and surfaces are displayed in irregular ways according to their rules. Combined with shape, line and light, it Outlines the geometric beauty of the space, creates a tranquil and far-reaching artistic atmosphere, and arouses infinite imagination.

本方案儿童区选取的主题为乐高，孩子们对世界有自己的理解，乐高的自由组合帮助孩子们发挥自身的想象力和创造力。

The theme of the children’s section is Lego. Children have their own understanding of the world, and the free combination of Lego helps children give play to their imagination and creativity.

样板间空间展示

The view of Showroom

本案设计灵感源自于西班牙的堡垒迷宫，将西班牙热情的浪漫红色用于住宅空间，为年轻受众营造现实中的乌托邦，从而实现其对于美好生活的向往。

The design inspiration of this case is derived from the fortress maze of Spain, the romantic red of Spanish passion is used in the residential space, to create a realistic utopia for the young audience, so as to realize their yearning for a better life.

△客餐厅

Delta guest restaurant

客厅整体以红白为主要色调，红色热情，是年轻受众向往自由的色彩体现，白色淡雅，亦是一种对于舒服生活的期待。蓝色单椅的点缀，增添此空间的色彩层次。

Sitting room whole is main tonal with red white, red enthusiasm, it is the colour that young audience yearts for freedom reflects, white quietly elegant, also be the expectation of a kind to comfortable life. The ornament of blue sheet chair, add the colour administrative levels of this space.

Driade 的这把红色象腿椅以独特的外形深受广大受众的喜爱，圆润流畅的线条感，展示柔和美学，与空间巧妙结合。

The red elephant leg chair by Driade is loved by the masses with its unique shape, round and smooth line sense, showing soft aesthetics and ingenious combination with space.

△主 卧

Delta advocate lie

主卧的空间设计融合黑色元素，较于红色所展示的热情，蓝色想表达的浪漫，黑色在空间中的存在，更加显得沉稳，舒适。

The space design of advocate lie fuses black element, compare the enthusiasm that shows at red place, the romance that blue wants to express, black exists in the space, appear more composed, comfortable.

Delta second lie

次卧空间以黑白灰色调为主，再以些许红色进行点缀，此空间的整体氛围追求的是一种理性纯粹的表达。无论是家具，饰品，织物，细节处都能感受其品质追求。

The second lying space is given priority to with black and white gray tone, undertake ornament with triplet of red again, what the whole atmosphere of this space pursues is a kind of rational and pure expression. No matter be furniture, adorn article, fabric, detail place can feel its quality pursues.

设计源于“公园”的概念起点打造兼具现代东方艺术美学的室内空间。一门、一树、一石、一桌一椅，架构着空间的神与韵，构筑出平衡的东方境界。现代艺术情感融入东方元素，构建自然平衡的场域。

The design originates from the concept of "park" to create an interior space with modern Oriental art aesthetics. A door, a tree, a stone, a table and a chair, the structure of the space of god and rhyme, build a balanced eastern realm. The emotion of modern art is integrated with eastern elements to build a field of natural balance.
