本文分享了之晏设计五套精品设计项目样板间，设计师汲取东西方美学的精华元素，创造出独具人文特色的现代生活空间，巧妙地将人文情怀与空间美学融为一体。

In this paper, we share five sample rooms of our boutique design projects. Designers absorb the essence elements of Eastern and Western aesthetics to create a modern living space with unique humanistic characteristics, and skillfully integrate humanistic feelings and space aesthetics.01/ 路劲上海-- 海尚湾别墅

Road Jin Shanghai - Haishang Bay Villa

本项目共 5 层，地上 3 层，地下 2 层（含夹层）。设计师给了一个科幻小说作家这样一个居住人物设定：年轻、热情、有活力的年轻人，对新事物充满着好奇。用各种好奇和尝试使得设计师完成了这个一个有趣而独特的样板别墅设计。

The project has 5 floors, including 3 floors above ground and 2 floors underground (including interlayer). The designer gave a science fiction writer such a living character, young, enthusiastic, energetic young people, full of curiosity for new things. With a variety of curiosity and try to enable the designer to complete this interesting and unique model villa design.

手持基因“剪刀”的裁缝们，会剪出个怎样的未来？科幻作家陈楸帆曾经写过一篇小说《美丽新世界的孤儿》，300 年后人们的脸蛋因为基因编辑，都会变得完美。而设计就像是给每个房子做内部基因重新编辑。

What kind of future will tailors cut with genetic "scissors"? Science fiction writer Chen Qiufan once wrote a story called "Orphans in a Brave New World," in which people’s faces will be perfect in 300 years because of gene editing. Design is like reediting the internal genes of each house.

设计任务要求地上除了客餐厅等基本配置，还要配置 3 个套房。思考后，设计师尝试开放，尽力打开每一个空间。从地下室到一楼客餐厅，设计师给年轻的小说家做了一个完全开放、通透的工作、生活、娱乐的空间。

Design tasks require the ground in addition to the guest restaurant and other basic configuration, but also configuration of 3 suites. After thinking, the designer tries to open up and tries his best to open every space. From the basement to the guest restaurant on the first floor, the designer gives the young novelist a completely open and transparent space for work, life and entertainment.

全开放空间之外，设计师在地下室的一端，为业主特意设置了一个专门供他创作的“蛋”，像是蚕茧，寓意每次作家的写作也像是蚕虫羽化成蝶般那样的美好。

In addition to the whole open space, the designer set up an "egg" specially for the owner to create for him at one end of the basement, like a cocoon. Meaning each writer’s writing is also like the silkworm emergence into a butterfly as beautiful.

卧室空间简约而又不失创造力和对实际需求的细致考虑，更好地把空间融为一体，充分利用了空间。软饰的不同配色予以区分，增加了空间层次感，彰显着业主理性而睿智的态度，追寻高品质简单舒适的生活方式。

The bedroom space is simple and creative without loss and careful consideration of the actual needs, better integrate the space, make full use of the space, soft ornaments of different colors to be differentiated to increase the sense of space levels, highlighting the owner’s rational and wise attitude to pursue a high quality simple and comfortable lifestyle.

02/路劲上海--海尚湾洋房

Road Jin Shanghai - Haishang Bay House

在设计洋房空间时，设计师在挑选室内的风格时和业主进行了充分的讨论，以 Dior 精神为设计灵感，也像是服装设计师给空间进行细细的裁剪。Dior 的品牌色彩是室内软装创作的灵感和主题，Dior 品牌的发源地浪漫的法式也是室内主要设计手法。

In the design of the foreign house space, the designer had a full discussion with the owner when choosing the indoor style. The spirit of Dior was used as the design inspiration, which was also like the fashion designer’s cutting into the space. The color of DIOR brand is the inspiration and theme of interior soft decoration creation, and the romantic French, the birthplace of DIOR brand, is also the main interior design technique.

该项目有个大大的地下室，是项目的亮点。但由于结构限制，有很多的承重墙和柱子，将本来完整的空间拆得支离破碎。似是一块好的布料，却又有些破损。

The highlight of the project is the large basement. However, due to structural limitations, there are many load-bearing walls and columns, which disintegrate the originally complete space. It seemed to be a good piece of cloth, but it was a little torn.

设计师设想自己是一个好的裁缝，将楼梯穿在了结构之中，利用了不太完整的空间，做上下垂直交通用。将大空间留作交流接待空间用途，拉近人和人的距离。

Stylist envisage oneself is a good tailor, wear stair in the structure, used not quite complete space, do up and down vertical traffic is used. The large space will be reserved for communication and reception space, and shorten the distance between people and people.

特别的墙面装饰，黑、白、木的色泽基调配以雅致的灰色，些许金色的点缀出不凡的品味，个性的装饰画迎合整个空间氛围，勾勒出时尚意境感。

Special wall decoration, black, white, wood color tone with elegant gray, a little gold embellishment out of the extraordinary taste, personalized decorative painting to meet the atmosphere of the whole space, outline the sense of fashion mood.

03/阳光城揭阳·宏和翡翠湾 143 户型

Sunlight City Jieyang · Honghe Emerald Bay 143 apartment

木色与黑白灰碰撞出简约诗意，不同于欧式奢华的堆砌，也不同于中式的优雅。对于本项目的设计，设计师以设计中的简洁和诗意为立意，硬装上摈弃了繁复的墙面造型，选择通过材质的对比运用丰富空间层次。

The wood color and black, white and gray collide to create simple poetry, different from the European luxury piled up, different from the elegant Chinese style. For the design of this project, the designer takes simplicity and poetry in the design as the design idea, and abandons the complicated wall modeling with hard installation, and chooses to use rich space layers through the contrast of materials.

空间设计上遵循现代设计风格的逻辑，大块面材质和色彩配细巧的金属线，既有大的材质质感，也有小的细节加持。色彩上以暖灰色为主，室内无论空间、材质、颜色始终秉承走大不走小。大空间，不做小分割，强调人交流和沟通。

The space design follows the logic of modern design style. The large surface material and color are matched with delicate metal wire, which has both large material texture and small details. Color to warm gray, indoor space, material, color has always been adhering to the big not small. Big space, do not do small division, emphasize human exchange and communication.

饰面材料以大块面为主，且不做细小划分，以体现价值感。颜色、质感尽量统一体系，用互为补充的方式，构成室内色彩的和谐，构建东韵西境的室内环境。

The decorative material is mainly large surface, and does not do small division, in order to reflect the sense of value. Color, texture as far as possible to unify the system, with complementary ways, constitute the harmony of indoor colors, to build the east rhyme and the west of the indoor environment.

04/阳光城揭阳·宏和翡翠湾 99 户型

Sunlight City Jieyang · Hong and Emerald Bay 99 units

黄色是自然界中比较常见的一种颜色，可以人工合成也可以从花粉中提取。花粉作为植物生命的开始，是如此神奇又是如此美丽。看到花粉，它有很多种含义。生命周而复始，不断循环的永恒。我想每个活着的人都是非常重要的。

Yellow is a relatively common color found in nature and can be synthesized or extracted from pollen. Pollen as the beginning of plant life is so amazing and so beautiful. When you look at pollen, it has a lot of meanings. Life goes round and round, the eternal cycle. I think every living person is very important.

沃尔夫冈·莱普对生命和艺术的理解对设计师的触动非常大，设计师用黄色花粉和生命的活力作为项目设计的起源，以线条、颜色、光线来绘画，为一对年轻的夫妇绘制了一个活泼现代的温馨空间。

Wolfgang Leip’s understanding of life and art greatly touched the designer. The designer used yellow pollen and the vitality of life as the origin of the project design, and used lines, colors and light to paint a lively and modern warm space for a young couple.

区别古典绘画的浓墨重彩，现代的空间更多的是小图块和线的穿插运用，更多的是对细节的考量。颜色选用花粉的黄色，体现年轻人新创立家庭的热情，温暖。

Different from the classical painting, modern space is more about the interspersed use of small blocks and lines, and more about the consideration of details. The yellow color of pollen is chosen to reflect the enthusiasm and warmth of young people’s newly founded families.

05/路劲上海·悦茂府样板间

Road Jin Shanghai Yuemao House model room

路劲·悦茂府位于上海嘉定菊园新区，项目的样板间户型面积段较小，主力房型基本在 80-90 平方米左右，以国际一线品牌为主的高配精装交付标准，用全系高端配置，诠释都会精英标准。

Lujin · Yuemao House is located in Juyuan New District, Jiading, Shanghai. The model room size of the project is small, and the main room type is basically about 80-90 square meters. High-quality hardcover delivery standard based on international first-class brands is adopted, and the high-end configuration of the whole system interprets the elite standard of the city.

简约而极具设计感的艺术装置成为整体空间设计的线索，串联具有艺术感的多场景式休闲体验。

The simple and highly designed art installation becomes the clue of the overall space design, connecting the multi-scene leisure experience with the sense of art.

户型优化是设计师工作的重点。通过前期仔细的考虑，室内设计规避了原有建筑的弊端，省去了所有的交通面积，将其整合至内部使用功能空间，拓展了使用面积。

House type optimization is the focus of the designer’s work. Through careful consideration in the early stage, the interior design avoids the disadvantages of the original building, eliminates all the traffic area, integrates it into the internal use function space, and expands the use area.

关于 AC•之晏设计
