在这个背景下，楼市的发展趋势和消费观念都在发生改变。高端楼市产品不再只是投资工具，而是更多地关注居住生活定制。随着社会的发展，大都会的崛起，都会新贵的快速崛起，他们的生活方式也在逐渐形成。邱德光设计公司对时代有着高度的敏感性，他们通过创新“都会系”产品来应对这个变化的时代，把焦点放在了消费迭代下的都会新贵上。

邱德光设计认为，这一群体具备雅痞特性，他们深受传统文化影响，但也拥抱着国际流行的冲击，兼容古今中西、审美多元、具备极高的艺术品味，对生活品质的高要求让这类群体成为最难取悦的一批人。

邱德光设计用“局部造景”实现“凌空阔景，拥园如梦，艺术演绎，花园环伺”。

Qiu Deguang’s design USES "local landscaping" to achieve "a wide view in the sky, a garden like a dream, an artistic interpretation, and a garden around".

在高层之中形塑园林化的体验，让非日常的景致与居者的日常生活发生关系，将生活置于想象的顶端。

The garden-like experience in the high-rise building allows the non-daily scenery to relate to the daily life of the residents and puts life on the top of imagination.

局部造景能够实现，是因为原始建筑平面具有相当大的优势。建筑三面采光、短进深，日光能够自由弥散于空间之中，为空间的流动性、通透感创造了极佳的条件。

Local landscaping can be realized because the original building plane has considerable advantages. Lighting on three sides of the building is short and deep, and daylight can freely diffuse in the space, creating excellent conditions for the fluidity and transparency of the space.

在此基础上，邱德光设计藉由多处造景间的渗透与层次，连接出园林般“步移景异”的观游体验。

大面阔、双层阳台的存在让建筑能够拥有更大面积的天空。针对这一优势，邱德光设计以水花园作为镜面，反射的存在增加了一个体验维度，强化了天空的拥有感，在虚实景观之间营造出电影般的生活体验。

The presence of large, double-deck balconies allows the building to have a larger sky area. 270 度观景空间，生活不止一面

270 度观景空间，全部是生活区，人可以流动，空间又多处粘连，既不独立分开又相映成趣。

视线可以流动，使用频次较高的空间多处粘连，彼此互不分离、相映成趣，园林感的室内空间区隔于市场，是产品创新的关键举措。
