在柏拉图手中，光是洞穴理论的逻辑主线，在笛卡尔手中，光是怀疑论的清晰回答，在设计师手中，光是空间的主角，有光才有空间。主角出场，重雅轻俗。重轻并非褒贬，而是度量，雅俗亦无高低，只是二元相对的概念。在此案中，雅若是七分克制，俗便是三分放纵。城市展厅内，三面高窗来光，若原样保留，光便散掉了，封去两面，把光攒簇于一处，空间的格调就出来了。

City exhibition hall, three high Windows to light, if the original remains, light will be scattered, sealed to both sides, the light gathered in a place, the style of the space out.

用厚重的墙体塑性光的形状，当光束自头顶洒落，一个奇妙的场域便形成了：幕墙厚重，步梯蜿蜒，圣光一束天外来，在这样的空间之中，聆听内心本真的声音，发现自我的价值与需求，平生出几分仪式感。此情此景，与其说空间是光的容器，倒不如说是光雕刻了空间。

With the plastic light shape of the heavy wall, when the beam of light falls from the top of the head, a wonderful field is formed: the curtain wall is heavy, the steps are winding, and the holy light is a beam from the sky. In such a space, you can listen to the true voice of the heart, find your own value and demand, and get a sense of ceremony. In this case, space is not so much a container of light as a space carved by light.

对于现代人而言，时间不过是钟表上的数字，而在钟表出现之前，时间藏匿于自然万物之中。日升月落，雁去燕来，都是时间的表征。设计师认为，只有将时间带入空间之中，才能把空间的秩序叠合于宇宙的秩序之中，形成一个富有诗意的系统。

To modern man, time is nothing more than a number on a clock. The sun rises and the moon sets, the goose goes to the swallow, is the representation of time. Designers believe that only by bringing time into space, can the order of space be superimposed on the order of the universe, forming a poetic system.

燕子将时间与记忆带入了空间之中，也让空间有了垂直的意义（天与地）的联系。因为有了燕子的动，才越见空间的静。太空旷静谧的空间，难免让人生出渺小之感。立墙隔断最简单，却非上上之策。

The swallow brings time and memory into the space, and also makes the space have a vertical meaning (heaven and earth). Because had the swallow's movement, just saw the space more static. Too hollowness is quiet space, hard to avoid lets the life give small feeling. Vertical wall partition is the simplest, but not the best policy.

设计师试图将自己的生命感悟外化到空间之中，从物理（光、燕、巢）与心理（三见）两个维度展开，为人们筹划出一个完整的体验过程，感知自己的存在，看见宇宙的辽阔，乃至看见众生的悲悯。都说设计载道，这岂非就是一次有意义的小尝试？

The designer tries to externalize his perception of life into the space, from the physical (light, swallow, nest) and psychological (three see) two dimensions, for people to plan a complete experience process, feel their own existence, see the vast universe, and even see the compassion of sentient beings. All said and done, isn't this a meaningful little experiment?
