这是一知名中端酒店品牌的加盟店，TBDC的主要范围集中在一层接待大堂，以及旧建筑外观与新设计标准的整合，以提供设计方案的方式，协助加盟业主与当地执行团队，为这个项目在当地创造优势。

A franchise of a well-known mid-end hotel brand, TBDC focuses on the reception hall on the ground floor and the integration of the old building facade with the new design standards to provide design solutions that assist the franchisees and the local executive team to create local advantages for the project.

关于外墙的设计思考，在尽可能不拆除的情况下，将品牌标准企业识别与灯光成功的整合，成为在主要街廓与邻居关系的视觉焦点。

With regard to the design of the exterior wall, the successful integration of brand standard enterprise identification and lighting, without dismantling as much as possible, has become the visual focus of the relationship between the main street and the neighbors.

更进一步的，将一层部分全部打开，以大面积橱窗的方式，让用路人在经过人行道的过程中，与艺术创作展开对话，透过不同量体的艺术品作为室内外的媒介，无论白天或者夜晚，都能在与建物不同距离的关系中，获得不同的视觉经验。

粗壮的结构柱，将本来面积就不算大的一层空间，切割得更零碎。TBDC的方案是让劣势转化成优势，利用不同弧线的板块，将所有柱子连结在一起，

除了弱化结构，同时也作为视觉、动线与分区的引导，将品牌主要的服务内容，诸如接待、等候、阅读、奉茶、零售等等机能，恰当的整合起来，提供旅客相当便利的服务。
