山水悠居，MOD 穆德设计呈现自然人文墅居空间

“置身于项目现场，群峦叠嶂的苍劲隽逸、千亩森林的青翠秀美、蠡湖烟波的浩渺无垠......我感受到自然与这个城市深深的联结，此地的人文意蕴亦在山水的滋养下，愈显温润与丰沛。我们希望能够透过设计，纯粹地聚焦于对生活本身的审视，呈演一派天然的都市隐境，令人感知到浅隐山林、湖岸的悠然心绪，静享山水悠居的妙处。”

"At the project site, you can see the luxuriant junyi of mountains, the beautiful verdure of forests covering a thousand mu, and the boundless expanse of Lihu Lake... I feel the deep connection between nature and this city, and the cultural connotation of this city is also nourished by the landscape, becoming more and more warm and abundant. We hope that through the design, we can focus purely on the life itself, and present a natural urban hideaway, so that people can feel the tranquil mood of shallow hidden mountains and lakes, and enjoy the beauty of landscape and leisurely living.

接待大厅/

LOBBY

接待大厅以极具质感的米白色为主调，予人清逸而优雅的视觉观感。设计师以融合当代的笔法，将弧线与曲面的设计语素相互穿插、组合，以简约的结构呼应自然的象征，恍若湖水流动的结构美感。水墨重彩的背景墙与素净纹理的接待台互为点缀，增添空间层序性的同时，注入一丝人文的蕴涵。

The reception hall is dominated by creamy white, giving people a sense of elegance and elegance. The design morphemes of curve and surface are interspersed and combined with each other with the fusion of contemporary strokes. The simple structure echoes the symbol of nature, like the structural aesthetic feeling of lake water flow. The background wall with heavy color ink and the reception desk with plain texture intersperse each other, adding a sense of humanistic implication while adding the spatial sequence.

沙盘区/

BUILDING MODEL AREA

沙盘区呈开阔挑高布局，朴拙质实的木艺以疏密不一的排列角度，写意连绵环绕的群山隽岫，平静湖面上粼粼点点的波光则演化为沙盘上方的艺术灯饰，整体空间在有序与无序、规则与不规则的美学解构下，派生出山与湖的具象情境，诗意弥漫。

NEGOTIATION AREA

洽谈区气质沉静，设计师透过材质的拼接、器物的铺陈、光影的营造，着力抒写场域的优雅格调，极简的制式与繁复的肌理在空间中共存，在对比观照之中衍生出人文的兴味。当自然的光影穿过百叶帘的缝隙，浸漫一室，空间中的一切都蒙上了薄薄的光晕，别有一番朦胧美。

In the negotiation area, the temperament is calm. Through the stitching of materials, the spreading of objects and the creation of light and shadow, the designer focuses on expressing the elegant style of the field. The minimalist standard and complicated texture coexist in the space, and the humanistic interest is derived from the comparison and observation. When the natural light and shadow through the gap of Venetian blinds, immersed in a room, everything in the space is covered with a thin halo, do not have a hazy beauty.

水吧/

WATER BAR AREA

设计师透过抽象化的泼墨意象，与当地自然、文化对话，在水吧的设计上，亦延续了水墨元素的丰富创造性，借由艺术化的巧妙笔法，摹绘空间的美学层次，清雅中有澹然。

The designer converses with the local nature and culture through the abstract splash-ink imagery. In the design of the water bar, the rich creativity of the ink elements is also continued, and the aesthetic level of the space is depicted with artistic and clever brushwork, with simple elegance and simple elegance.

书吧/ACADEMY AREA

拾级蜿蜒前行，途经雅致隽秀的一隅水景，步入安静的书吧。水景是介于喧与静之间的过渡场域，此间松风习习、水波脉脉，意境悠然。琥珀色的花器、通透的山石摆件、简净的陶罐、古拙的书案、井然有序的书架......设计之笔与时光一同游走于空间之中，定格东方禅意。

Gudao winding forward, through a corner of elegant meaningful water scene, into the quiet book bar. The waterscape is a transitional field between the commonness and quietness, where the wind is blowing gently and the waves are pulsating, the artistic conception is leisurely. Amber flower ware, transparent stone decorations, simple and clean pottery jars, antique book cases, sleek bookshelves... The design pen walks in the space together with the time, freezes the Oriental Zen.

VIP室/VIP AREA

设计于空间细节上镌刻了自然与人文的深度印记，以墙面艺术装置作为点缀空间的妙笔，在小圆形与大正方形的几何关系中，在纸雕工笔画与色块组合的不规则层次下，演绎VIP室的不凡艺术调性。

The design is engraved with the depth mark of nature and humanity on the details of the space, with the wall art installation as a wonderful pen to decorate the space, in the small circle and large square geometric relationship, in the paper carving strokes and color block combination of irregular levels, deducing the extraordinary artistic tonality of the VIP room.

儿童娱乐室/

KID’S AREA

空间结构呈三角状，设计沿用湖岸线条的意象，柔化结构层面的棱角，同时点缀以大小不一、造型各异的潮玩摆件，为空间注入童趣的的因子，令休闲惬意氛围更加浓郁。

The space structure is triangular in shape. The design follows the image of the lakeside line, softening the edges and corners of the structure. Meanwhile, it is decorated with various tide decorations of different sizes and shapes, injecting elements of childlike interest into the space and making the leisure and comfortable atmosphere more rich.

在当代设计的结构里，在自然灵感的启蒙下，在人文艺术的升华中，MOD穆德设计于当代风尚中凝练艺术情致，达至自然写意、人文画境的境界，呈演出一个近山傍湖的墅居生活体验空间。

In the structure of contemporary design, under the enlightenment of natural inspiration, and in the sublimation of humanistic art, MOD Mulder designs in the concise artistic feeling of contemporary fashion, reaching the realm of natural freehand brushwork and humanistic painting, presenting a spacious living experience space near the mountain and lake.
