TEL–AVIV顶层住宅，Aviram Kushmirski新的设计作品，设计师运用黑白色调元素与古朴的实木地板搭配，打造一个稳重大气的时尚空间，多种元素的完美融合，又引景入室，营造光影的丰富效果。

Tel – Aviv top floor residence, Aviram kushmirski's new design work, the designer uses the black and white color elements and the simple solid wood floor to create a stable and atmospheric fashion space, the perfect integration of various elements, and the introduction of scenery into the room, creating a rich effect of light and shadow.

对比强烈的黑白色调，碰上质感高级的灰色系家具装饰，便可构筑现代感居室，以黑色木饰面和白色，天花铺陈，用色泽沉稳的木地板过渡，搭配线条简单的现代家具，避免了色块之间巨大反差，营造出，充满个性的质感空间。

The strong contrast between black and white colors, and the high-quality gray furniture decoration, can build a modern feeling room, which is paved with black wood veneer and white and ceiling, and transited with stable color wood floor, with simple lines of modern furniture, avoiding the huge contrast between color blocks, creating a texture space full of personality.

开放式厨房铺设木材背墙，与周围白墙形成对比，

中岛台面采用黑色大理石，搭配木色系板，更显奢华高级。

The open kitchen is laid with wood back wall, which forms a contrast with the surrounding white wall,

The middle island mesa is made of black marble, which is matched with wood color system board, making it more luxurious and advanced.

通风采光是头等大事，而一个大大的阳台更是不可或缺的了，从实用的角度来说，阳台既可以作为客厅的延伸空间，也可根据需要单独规划。从休闲的角度来说，推窗见景，夏可乘凉，冬晒太阳，尽添生活情调。

Ventilation and lighting is a top priority, and a large balcony is indispensable. From a practical point of view, the balcony can be used as an extension space of the living room, or it can be planned separately as required. From a leisure point of view, you can see the scenery by pushing the window, enjoy the cool in summer, and enjoy the sun in winter, adding to your life.

The toilet is designed with beautiful and humanized activity space. From the shower area to the washing table, the smart structure makes the functions no longer interfere with each other. The reasonable use of partition can achieve the clean and beautiful environment of the toilet.
