Bergfrieden Laterns 山居

The Bergfrieden residences are located far above the center of Laterns at the end of Mazona Street - away from any hustle and bustle, in an impressive mountain setting. In addition to their residence, the building owners wanted to create a place for relaxation and meetings - one of the houses can be rented as a seminar or vacation home.

The new buildings were designed in mixed construction: The ground-facing base floors were built in solid construction, the ground and upper floors in timber construction. The transparent wooden curtain creates a striking, homogeneous body from the outside and a high degree of transparency from the inside.
