小碗海边亲子民宿

小碗海边亲子民宿是余论设计首个“亲子”类产品，对余论设计来说是一次全新的尝试。在获得喜剧演员贾玲投资、决定将海边一套三室一厅loft住宅改造成民宿前，“LITTLEONE小碗家庭写真馆”作为亲子摄影品牌实体空间，已经在北京小有名气，客人认可这种摄影艺术和写真馆营造的温馨互动场景。作为品牌的延续，这间海边亲子民宿也可以为拍摄提供场景。

民宿位于秦皇岛阿那亚（Aranya）黄金海岸社区。作为北中国一线亲海全资源玩家综合体，阿那亚凭孤独图书馆、阿那亚礼堂、泡泡儿童餐厅、高端酒店等迅速跃至打卡地，有别于传统旅游景区。在深度体验过周边业态，以及充分理解“小碗家庭摄影”品牌后，余论设计定下“引海入室”和“增添乐趣”两个设计基准，将亲子互动从外部大环境引入室内，获得一种轻松、自然、舒适又不乏趣味的居住生活体验。

LITTLEONE Seaside Family Homestay (LITTLEONE), the very first parent-child project of YUDesigns, is such a brand new attempt to the designers.Before achieving the renovation investment from the comedian Jia Ling, this seaside three-bedroom loft used to be quite well-known in Beijing as a photographic studio, the “LITTLEONE Family Photo Studio”. In line with its sweet interactive atmosphere, the LITTLEONE Seaside Family Homestay can also serve as a shooting area.

LITTLEONE situates in the gold coast community, at Aranya, Qinhuangdao. As one of the leading marine HOPSCAs in China, Aranya stands out from other traditional tourist attractions with its unique landmarks such as, Lonely Library, Aranya Auditorium, Bubble Children Restaurant and luxury hotels.After a thorough research in this neighborhood together with the full understanding of LITTLEONE’s brand story, YUDesigns drew two baselines for this project, 1). To invite the sea into the room; 2). To add up more fun; in other words, the project aims to remove the boundary within doors so as to create a unique living experience with easy access to the nature.

最具地标性的“孤独图书馆”和上镜率很高的礼堂都在此次民宿视野范围内，通过海和沙滩的过渡，充满力量的混凝土建筑交响曲转换到轻快浪漫充满童真的小碗家，形成强烈对比，不仅是视觉冲击，又为亲子民宿提供极佳的观景体验。

在长条L形的客房A里，设计师利用建筑原有的结构，设计了贴窗的加高地台，弃用常规的大床，极大优化了看海的“取景框”。地台上，一部分加了床垫，还原床的功能；另一部分，放置了几个坐垫，可以就地看海席坐。当人在床上醒来，发现自己和海水处在同一水平线，侧身便能亲吻大海。

基于此，要让每个客房都获得极佳的观海、观景、打卡体验成了不成文的规矩，余论设计在无法改动建筑主体的前提下，对室内结构进行了调整和优化。

With the famous landmark Lonely Library and popular Aranya Auditorium within vision scope, the guest will get great pleasure by overlooking the powerful concrete buildings while lying down in the cozy romantic room of LITTLEONE.Therefore, it has been set as an unwritten rule to allow each and every guest to enjoy the same awesome experience. Constrained by the limitation to rebuild the venue itself, YUDesigns determined to adjust and optimize the interior space.

Room A is a long and L-shaped space. Taking advantage of its original structure, a higher platform was added by the window, which zooms out the sea view right outside. Moreover, the platform also serves as a bed with a mattress on one side and several cushions on the other. The guest will find the sea right in front of his eyes, just through a simple waking-up roll over in the morning.

另一间客房B里，余论设计保留了建筑原有的飘窗，强化视觉和功能。比起与海水共眠，这里提供人们一种舒适、灵活的方式，静坐遐想；也可以和孩子面对面，各读好书，或是互为拍摄对象。

In room B, YUDesigns kept the original bay window to strengthen the vision. Apart from sleeping beside the sea, it offers a comfortable, relaxing way to sit still and meditate. One can also have face-to-face interactions with his kids, reading a good book, or taking photos for each other.

客房C选用黄、白两色搭建了一个观海整租房型，分别为两张上下铺，无论是青春的回忆，还是作为员工房间以便及时为客人服务，都构成了亲子民宿的完整性。

Room C was decorated in the color of yellow and white as an entire sea view tenancy. The bunk beds, ready for either staffs or guests, also brings back memories from the good old days.

既然是“亲子”民宿，余论设计希望能带给住客更多奇妙乐趣和灵光一现。在不打破“住宿”这一基本功能的前提下，余论设计更看重如何通过设计带来更多惊喜，增进人和人、人和空间的互动。因此，在常规房门上，余论设计别出心裁地“挖”了一个小门洞。作为门中门，不仅吸引前来入住的孩子，也增进了拍摄时的互动。

Since it is a family home stay, YUDesigns hope to bring more fun and inspiration to the guests. On the premise of not breaking the basic function of “accommodation”, YUDesigns paid more attention to create surprises through design and enhance the interaction between people and space. Therefore, YUDesigns made “one door in another” by digging a small hole on the guest room door. This design not only arise the curiosity of little kids, but also enhanced the interaction during the filming and photo shooting.

在用色上，“1/2白”理念被首次注入到海边亲子民宿。所谓“1/2白”，意蕴在于：比色彩本身更重要的是留给人遐想。为此，余论设计在“红黄蓝”三原色基本用色规则上做了诸多调和：淡粉作为红色的渐变，和白色成为其中一个客房的主调；黄蓝中和产生的绿色经过一定处理成为和淡粉呼应的马卡龙绿，作为另一间客房的主调；而红黄化学反应形成的橙色是为数不多的亮色，点缀在白色为主的客厅。

In terms of the application of colors, the concept of “1/2 white” was first introduced to the seaside family home stay. The so-called “1/2 white” concept focuses on the importance of the viewer’s fanciful thoughts triggered by the place other than the colors themselves.Therefore, YUDesigns put many efforts on matching per the basic color rules of “red, yellow and blue”: light pink and white were applied as the theme color of one guest room; macaron green, neutralized by yellow and blue, was the key tone of another room, echoing to the pink color; and the bright orange color, standing out mostly, was decorated in the white-themed sitting room.

“三缺一”中缺位的蓝色则是大海本身，是包围着家庭民宿的强大气场。

Last but not least, blue will definitely be there as it is the color of the sea.

如果说一切都可堪完美，那么余论设计将滑梯安置在了客厅大幅落地玻璃窗前，一度被“诟病”为瑕疵——人们认为一道斜的白色滑梯影响了观海的整体性。而在余论设计看来，作为小碗家庭写真馆道具的延续，白色滑梯在此不仅可以作为拍摄时的无敌天然背景，孩子们在这里自然地游戏、玩耍，相机在一旁不打扰地记录下瞬间；同时，打破了默守陈规的观海方式。如果说你见过傍晚夕阳照射到窗边因为滑梯带来的具有斜度的投影，就不会觉得海景被牺牲了。

Yet it is still a bit early to call it a perfection as YUDesigns was actually “criticized” for a “flaw”, a white slide right in front of the big bay window. People mention that the white slide somehow affects the integrity of the whole sea view. However, from YUDesigns’s point of view, the white slide not only contributes to the brand image of LITTLEONE (as the photo studio before) as a playground of kids and background for photo shooting; it also breaks the traditional way to enjoy the sea view. If you’ve ever seen the oblique shadow of the slide under a sunset, you will know.

而有理由“人为挡住海景”还在于顶楼藏着一个无遮挡观海露台。余论设计把城市奢华酒店“天空bar”的概念引入，设计了户外吧台，搭配了专业的户外家具，辅以灰白相间的复古地砖和白色圆形座灯。入夜，暖光、海风、酒精、涛声交织，余论设计希望能借此启发人们：冬天的海边不孤寂。

The existence of a roof top terrace also adds up YUDesigns’ confidence in its design. Inspired by the settings from luxury hotels, YUDesigns introduced “sky bar” into the terrace with outdoor bar counter, professional furniture, retro tiles in grey and white together with round white lamps. At night, with the beautiful mix of warm lights, sea wind, alcohol and sound of waves, YUDesigns intend to whisper to each and every guest that: the sea in winter is never lonesome.

人们对大海一直有着说不清道不明的情绪。因为它的宽广，有人选择海边放松释怀，也有人感受到了孤独。余论设计在这里对待大海的态度时而放肆，时而保守，它们和露台、客厅、房间组成了一个整体，相互作用，互为渲染，无论入住、拍摄，都成为一种仪式。

People tend to have subtle feelings for the sea. The infinity of the sea eases someone yet only brings loneliness to someone else. YUDesigns, with their passion both unbridled and restrained, their ingenuity embedded in every corner of the loft, created a space where all the usual activities become ritual.
