Jingmao Yufu, located in the urban comprehensive development axis of the city, enjoys the environmental advantages and development dividend of Region A plus district. The project, with location advantages that cannot be duplicated, scarce urban resources, and remarkable geographic position, carries more expectations in the construction of urban interface.

设计概念/DESIGN CONCEPT

我们在第一时间做出市场动作，对绵阳及项目周边区域进行实地考察和严谨分析，开展了系列调查问卷及信息采集；精准定位目标客群，匹配行业精英，打造集游泳池、影映厅、书吧、健身房等业态为一体的绵阳 TOP 级项目示范区，成为本次方案的研究方向。

Through timely market survey, effective field investigation and rigorous analysis of Mianyang and the surrounding areas of the project, a series of questionnaires and information collection, plus precise positioning target customer group and matching industry elites, we have blueprinted the project into a top level project demonstration area in Mianyang consisting of swimming pools, movie halls, book bars, gyms and other forms of business.

月影婆娑，满目星河。清澈如水的月光，倾泻在波光荡漾的江面上，流动的江水，映衬着月光熠熠闪动。

As moonlight sends ripples across the starry river, the flowing currents glisten against the moonlight.

引入“四水归堂”的设计理念，构筑“纳气、聚合、圆满”的空间气场，充满张力的曲线，以江水映月的意境勾勒山水画卷的磅礴之势，将简约、纯粹、现代的设计语言注入空间。由此，衍生“水映月•润万物”这一设计主题。

By introducing the “four waters into the hall” into the design concept, creating a spatial atmosphere of "absorption, aggregation, and completeness", and designing curves full of tension, the designers breathe the artistic conception of river reflecting the moon into the majestic potential of landscape painting, filling the space with simple, pure, modern design language, until the design motif of "water reflecting the moon • embellishing everything" is formed.

汇聚/四水归堂，纳气聚合

FOUR WATERS INTO THE HALL, ABSORPTION AND AGGREGATION

遵循在地原生肌理，依托下沉式建筑形态，邀满月至此，月满人圆，聚合区域人气与世间美好。莹润的水滴衔接为链，铺陈为幕，盛启核心之地的璀璨与光辉。

Following the local original texture, relying on the sunken architectural form, inviting the full moon to signify the happy reunion, and bringing together regional popularity and the good things the world can offer; the shiny drops of water link into a chain, unveiling the brilliance and radiance of the core area.

上善若水，水善利万物而不争。我们将水的包容与一“帆”风顺的美好寓意融入空间，墙面风帆元素引领方向，构成强烈的画面感，而黑金配色的曲线线条，以流畅的弧度延伸空间尺度，层次丰富，刚柔并济。

The upper good is like water, which benefits all things but never competes. We introduce the inclusive nature of water and the good meaning of a smooth “sailing” into the space, with wall sail elements leading the direction and forming a strong sense of painting, curve lines with black and gold color extending the spatial scale in smooth radian, thus enriching the spatial layers, and coupling hardness with softness.

隐奢/隐于誉府，氤氲书香

SETTLING IN YUFU, SITTING AMIDST FRAGRANCE OF BOOKS

书香府邸的东方气韵与现代极简的碰撞，金属材质墙面契合奢华会所定位，顶面天窗设计，以螺旋的设计形态汇聚天地灵气，在“明与暗、隐与奢”之间，实现空间与自然的对话。

While forming a pleasant contrast between the Oriental charm of the house and modern minimalism, metal material wall is designed to fit the luxury club positioning; skylight is designed on the top to gather the spirit of heaven and earth in the form of spirals, with the "bright and dark, low-key and luxurious" design to suggest a dialogue between space and nature.

我们基于塑造空间秩序与几何比例，以精致低调的设计语言，赋予了空间特别的吸引力。

By shaping the spatial order and geometric proportion, applying delicate and low-key design language, we endow the space with special attraction.

精炼的线条，搭配干净的金属与石材，在高级的灰色调中，以静美的布局，勾勒出一个宁静轻奢的现代空间。

Refined lines are coupled with clean metal and stones; amid the advanced gray tone, a quiet and beautiful layout outlines a quiet light luxury modern space.

山水自然，润泽万物

NATURAL LANDSCAPES, EMBELLISHING EVERYTHING

恬静的水光中，恍惚发现深邃的苍穹之下月影浮动，迷人月光与繁星静静地落在江面上，霎时间洒满了银光。

The quiet light of water looks as if the moon shadow floating under the deep sky, the charming moonlight and stars resting quietly on the river, instantly igniting the silver light.

蓝色河流与墙面水波纹呼应，以“动与静”的对话，形成时间流动、空间推移的过程，构建空间律动与节奏。

The resonation between blue river and wall water ripples, coupled with the dialogue of "motion and stillness", forms the time flow and spatial passage, thus giving birth to the spatial rhythm.

在浩瀚书海之中，月影浮动于空间顶部，洒落的银光碎在了白色立柱之上，伴随水珠润泽万物。

Amidst the vastness of books, the moonlight floats on the top of the space, sprinkling silver light on the white columns, accompanying water droplets in embellishing everything.

我们将天地间的清丽之美收藏，用波光粼粼的镜面嵌入空间，蜿蜒的动线如江流般汇聚四方之水，以气贯长虹的曲线汲取天地灵韵，置身其中，心境豁达、怡然。

Collecting the tranquil beauty of heaven and earth, embedding it in space with the sparkling mirror; the sinuous dynamic lines gather water in all directions like a river, absorbing the spirit of heaven and earth with the rainbow-like curves; placing oneself among them, one will find himself in a pleasant, open-minded, and relaxed mood.

下沉式地面与水波纹顶面形成对比，整体空间曲面设计给人强烈的视觉冲击，沉浸于书卷之美，也沉醉于艺术之境。

The sunken floor and the water-corrugated top surface strike a beautiful contrast; an overall spatial surface is designed to deliver a strong visual impact and create an intoxicating world of books and art.

自然隐奢——现代人理想的人居生活。山水为媒，月光为引，将东方秩序掩映于艺术金属杆件之下，以极简设计与超前理念，低调的缔造出水润万物之境，契合当代艺术审美赋予空间以灵魂，流动、开放、豁达，安然、淡泊、宁静…

Natural and implicit luxury constitutes modern people’s ideal habitat lifestyle. While landscape and moonlight act as the medium, the order of the East is set off against the metal rods of art; minimalist design and advanced concept create a watery environment of all things in a low-key style, not only resonating with the contemporary art aesthetic, but breathing soul into the space to make it floating, open, open-minded, calm, indifferent, quiet…
