Dujiangyan branch of Sichuan Provincial People’s hospital is a three-level comprehensive intelligent hospital designed and built according to the national construction standard of class III General Hospital, integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care and health care. The project is located at No. 88, Guanwen Road, Dujiangyan. It lives near the Minjiang River and overlooks the mountains. The world-famous Qingcheng Mountain, a world-famous cultural heritage, is surrounded by green mountains and green waters. The excellent geographical location and natural resources make it dazzling. The hospital covers an area of 100 mu, with a building area of 151000 square meters and 1200 beds. It is designed by the integration of science and map. The architectural design is based on the “landscape culture” and serves the “people” as the concept. The skyline of the building is hidden between the mountains and the hydrology, with ups and downs and great momentum. It integrates the medical and nursing functions and aesthetics, and has become a remarkable urban landmark on the Minjiang River in Dujiangyan.

开放式公共建筑 Open public building 项目不是传统封闭式独立医疗建筑,而是重塑舒适的医疗康养服务氛围。在延续都江堰水脉文化的同时,在医院及康养中心、专家楼底层设置医疗街,除有医疗关联类商业外,还辐射接驳周边商业界面,设有影院、篮球场、羽毛球场、健身器材、儿童游乐设施等,将沿河街道与岷江步行道统一打造。沿河市政道路设置为下穿道路,丰富了市政道路空间,使整个河堤景观非独立存在,而是与沿河商业配套、康养中心及专家楼相辅相成。促进了产业集聚,为项目二三期的健康住宅、CCRC 社区、养老公寓、康养酒店及周边社区赋能,打造「医疗+康养+滨水筑景+多功能商业」融合发展模式,营造全新空间体验,为区域版图增添全新篇章。
The project is not a traditional closed independent medical building, but a comfortable medical and health care service atmosphere. While continuing the water vein culture of Dujiangyan, a medical street is set up on the ground floor of the hospital, health care center and expert building. In addition to the medical related businesses, it also radiates and connects the surrounding commercial interfaces, with cinemas, basketball courts, badminton courts, fitness equipment, children’s amusement facilities, etc. to build the riverside streets and Minjiang pedestrian roads. The municipal roads along the river are set as underpass roads, which enriches the space of municipal roads and makes the whole riverbank landscape not exist independently, but complement the commercial facilities along the river, health care center and expert building. It promotes industrial agglomeration, empowers healthy residences, CCRC communities, elderly care apartments, health care hotels and surrounding communities in phase II and III of the project, creates an integrated development mode of “medical treatment + health care + waterfront landscape building + multi-functional commerce”, creates a new spatial experience, and adds a new chapter to the regional landscape.

双首层构架

本项目最大的亮点是把整个场地整体抬高,与岷江堤肩齐平,通过局部架空的手法,形成半地下室,打造双首层构架。半地下室设置交驳大厅,人车分流,同时设置下沉式庭院及采光天井,使光线渗透场地内外,形成自然舒适的公共空间。

候诊空间和中庭花园的融合,医院内庭花园和地下室下沉庭院的融合,屋顶花园与裙房的融合……30 余亩的内庭花园和沿江绿地花园打造,使整个建筑空间更加丰富有层次,与山石、水景等自然元素相搭配,通过对景、借景等园林造景手法,构建无限贴近自然环境的景观空间,与都江堰、青城山丰富的森林植被相呼应,增强自然气息,突破传统医疗空间设计,激发使用者的正向情感,消除身心障碍,将温暖与疗愈进行到底。

The rich forest vegetation of Qingcheng Mountain echoes with each other, enhances the natural atmosphere, breaks through the traditional medical space design, stimulates the positive emotions of users, eliminates physical and mental barriers, and carries out warmth and healing to the end.

功能分区与布局
Functional zoning and layout
项目整个地块呈“L”形,总图布局为半围合式,由综合医疗大楼、康养大楼及综合配套设施构成。综合医疗大楼由两栋一类高层医疗建筑构成,1-4 层为门诊部、医技部,5 至 16 层为住院部,两栋高层采用空中绿化平台连接。旁侧三栋为一类高层康养建筑,规划用途为康养中心及专家楼。病房和康养居室均沿岷江布置,倚窗远可赏连绵青城山景,近可观岷江之水旖旎向前,景观视线极佳,利于医养。
The whole plot of the project is in “L” shape, and the general layout is semi-enclosed, consisting of comprehensive medical building, health care building and comprehensive supporting facilities. The comprehensive medical building is composed of two class I high-rise medical buildings. The outpatient department and medical technology department are located on floors 1-4, and the inpatient department is located on floors 5-16. The two high-rise buildings are connected by an aerial green platform. The three buildings on the side are class I high-rise health care buildings, which are planned to be used for health care center and expert building. The wards and nursing rooms are arranged along the Minjiang River. Leaning against the window, you can enjoy the continuous mountain scenery of Qingcheng, and the water of Minjiang River can be seen near. The landscape line of sight is excellent, which is conducive to medical care.

为有效降低医院前期建造成本及后期运营人力成本和能耗成本,我们在医院方案策划,流程布置,功能房间设置等方面都进行了详尽的控制:
- 如将放置较重医疗设备的功能房间尽量设于地面一层;
- 采用单廊式布局较复廊更节约交通面积,且能让所有房间均能自然采光通风,大大减少了医院的运营成本;
- 首层通道的架空,及医疗综合楼到餐厅设置的风雨廊,为病人及医务人员提供了室外活动空间,在烈日或下雨天,都可以无障碍到室外散步或者去餐厅就餐。

- for example, the functional room with heavy medical equipment shall be set on the ground floor as far as possible;
- The single corridor layout saves more traffic area than the multi corridor layout, and enables all rooms to have natural lighting and ventilation, greatly reducing the operation cost of the hospital;
- The overhead passage on the first floor and the storm corridor from the medical complex building to the restaurant provide outdoor activity space for patients and medical staff. In hot or rainy days, you can walk outdoors or eat in the restaurant without obstacles.

道路交通组织 Circulation organization 本项目总共设置有 4 个出入口,其中医院主要有 4 个出入口,门诊出入口、后勤物资出入口,专家楼出入口及污物出入口。人车分流,主入口设置人行出入口直接进入门诊大厅,所有机动车需进入地下室交驳大厅,在门诊大厅的后端设置安全落客处,与人行流线互不干扰。地下室设置贯穿整个项目的交通主动脉(东进西出),直接连接东西两侧的市政道路,避免交通拥堵。污物出入口设置在下风向且较为偏僻的下穿道路上。

The basement is provided with a traffic artery (from east to West) running through the whole project, which directly connects the municipal roads on the East and west sides to avoid traffic congestion. The sewage inlet and outlet are set on the downwind and remote underpass road.

整个场地抬高 5 米与岷江堤肩齐平,与整个岷江绿道统一打造,丰富了整个城市的活动空间。
根据院区地形,西北侧为城市的主干道。院区道路采用城市型双坡道路,沥青混凝土路面,高层建筑区域均设有环形消防车道。
院区场地雨水的排除采用有组织排水,利用雨水管排向市政雨水管道。
The whole site is raised by 5 meters to be level with the embankment shoulder of Minjiang River, and is built together with the whole Minjiang greenway, enriching the activity space of the whole city.
According to the topography of the hospital area, the northwest side is the main road of the city. The roads in the hospital area are urban double slope roads with asphalt concrete pavement, and the high-rise building areas are equipped with circular fire lanes.
Organized drainage is adopted for the drainage of rainwater from the yard, and rainwater pipes are used for drainage to municipal rainwater pipes.

医院流程设计 Hospital process design 高效顺畅的动线流程能够极大地提升医院的运营效率,缓解就医压力和矛盾。患者至上、急救优先,有明确的流线指示,有清晰、独立的导引流程,能够最大限度地缩短患者车辆与就诊区域的空间距离,可以提升运营效率的最大化。本项目中“医疗街”把门诊部、医技部、住院楼紧密联系在一起,缩短病人的就诊流线,提高了整个医院的运营效率。急诊科与放射科相邻,体检中心和放射科临近设置,设备共享;手术室和 ICU 同层布置,内部通道直接相通,减少二次污染和换床;手术室和中心供应室上下垂直布局,通过污梯和洁梯相连,达到手供一体。

In this project, the “medical Street” closely connects the outpatient department, medical technology department and inpatient building, shortens the flow line of patients and improves the operation efficiency of the whole hospital. The emergency department is adjacent to the radiology department, the physical examination center and the radiology department are adjacent, and the equipment is shared; The operating room and ICU are arranged on the same floor, and the internal channels are directly connected to reduce secondary pollution and bed change; The operating room and the central supply room are vertically arranged from top to bottom, and are connected through the sewage ladder and the cleaning ladder to achieve the integration of manual supply.

三级甲等综合医院一直以来都是设计行业当中的难点。从功能、流线、技术措施、医疗专项设计、管网等需要全面协同作业,各方面都对设计公司提出了综合设计水平与协调解决问题的能力要求。
本项目除设有大型三甲医院,还融合了多类型医康养功能,其设计要求在医院设计基础上更上一个台阶。科图设计以一体化设计模式,从前期规划、建筑设计、室内设计、景观设计、各类专项设计、软装设计等各专业协同作战,全设计周期只用了四个月时间,完成医疗流程专项审查、抗震专项审查、装配式专项审查、建筑施工图、室内施工图、景观施工图等全专业设计内容,保证了项目的整体工程推进的周期和施工完整性。
复杂的医疗建筑从开始施工到竣工验收运营仅仅用了 16 个月,项目创造同等体量、同类型项目建设速度之最,这也是科图设计的一体化设计模式与专业的医康养设计能力提供的助力,项目建成投入使用半年时间实现了运营收支平衡,也是创造了一个运营上的奇迹。

Based on the integrated design mode, the scientific map design cooperates with various disciplines such as preliminary planning, architectural design, interior design, landscape design, various special designs, and soft decoration design. The whole design cycle takes only four months to complete the professional design contents such as special review of medical process, special review of earthquake resistance, special review of assembly type, architectural construction drawings, indoor construction drawings, and landscape construction drawings, It ensures the overall project progress cycle and construction integrity of the project. It took only 16 months from the start of construction to the completion acceptance and operation of the complex medical building. The project has created the fastest construction speed of projects of the same size and type, which is also the help provided by the integrated design mode of Ketu design and the professional medical and health care design ability. The project has been completed and put into use for half a year, realizing the balance of operating revenue and expenditure, and also creating an operating miracle.

项目设计从前期到现场施工,从建筑到景观到室内,一套图纸协同施工,各专业无缝衔接,完美配合,不仅让项目安全得到保障,且效果理想,还使项目造价得到了极大的节约控制。工程造价控制到每平方米仅 6000 元的极限,远低于 8 千元至 1 万元的行业工程造价平均标准。
