这次是老板的私人府邸。与甲方夫妻已是多年朋友，这次这么信任将个人居住空间交由我们去完成，原来最打动他们的是那份难能可贵真诚做设计的热忱，他们一直希望找机会能再合作一次。

作为地产商老板的私人府邸，沟通是设计的基础。朋友是一位非常有情怀又与时俱进的成功人士，一方面心灵所向我们文化中的诗意期待，另一方面一直追崇新时代新观念的居住方式。同时，更是一个对细节有洞察力的人。

As a real estate owner's private residence, communication is the basis of the design. My friend IS a very sentient and successful person who keeps pace with The Times. On the one hand, his heart follows the poetic expectation of our culture, and on the other hand, he always follows the living way of the new era and new concepts. At the same time, he is also a person with an insight into details.

门厅的设计尽显其好。从入门开始，门厅就像个性传达的引子，设计悄无声息与客体一以贯之，既不显露，也不隐藏，极具个人气度。

The design of the foyer is excellent. From the beginning, the foyer is like the introduction of personality communication, the design is silent and the object is consistent, neither revealed, nor hidden, very individual bearing.

客厅是社交的中心，传达了契合主人疏朗的个性。格局大气自带温润感，留白与平静疏淡的布局，仅于对角置入水晶屏风，整体让渡于获得内心秩序与安宁的光。如同一位诗人，懂得欣赏黎明的来临。

The living room is the center of social interaction, which conveys the personality of the host. The pattern has a warm and moist feeling, and the layout of white space and tranquility is sparse. Only the crystal screen is placed in the diagonal, and the whole gives way to the light of inner order and peace. Like a poet, he knows how to appreciate the dawn.

茶室是客厅与餐厅之外的一隅僻静之地，也是与友可静静品一壶乌龙茶的清幽社交的空间。

The teahouse is a secluded corner of the living room and dining room, but also a quiet social space where you can quietly enjoy a pot of oolong tea with friends.

二层为主人私享空间。在这里，设计以安逸舒适为念，希望如主人希望的那样，从获得内心秩序与安宁去建构这里独享的个人世界。

The second floor is a private space for the master. Here, the design to ease and comfort for the idea, hope as the host hopes, from the inner order and peace to construct the exclusive personal world here.

卧室的布局连通整个二层空间，从卧房、盥洗室、衣帽间，再到书房，甚至多功能影音室，体现了最优体验的“自得其乐”。

The layout of the bedroom connects the whole space on the second floor, from the bedroom, bathroom, cloakroom, to the study, and even the multifunctional video room, reflecting the optimal experience of "enjoying oneself".

书房是男女主人最喜欢的地方。日常可以做他们最喜欢的事情——阅读与习字，简而不凡、高洁清雅。

The study is the favorite place of the master and mistress. Daily can do their favorite things - reading and calligraphy, simple and uncommon, elegant and elegant.
