国旅海棠湾国际购物中心位于三亚市海棠湾黄金地段北端,距三亚凤凰机场32千米,与亚龙湾和陵水湾相连。项目一期规划包含购物中心、二期包含酒店以及别墅。
Haitang Bay CITS Shopping Center locates at prime location of Haitang Bay in Sanya, Hainan Island, 32 kilometers away from SanyaPhoenix Airport, connected with YalongBay and LingshuiBay.The scheme includes duty free shop center, hotels and private villas. The whole project will be constructed in two phases.
项目于2011年开工,于2014年9月1日投入运营,总投资额达到50亿元。它是全球最大的单体免税商城之一,汇集了众多国际顶级奢侈品牌,集免税购物、有税购物、餐饮娱乐、文化展示等多种业态,全方位满足消费者对“吃、住、行、游、购、娱”的需求。商业中心创作灵感来源于象征三亚地区的海棠花。建筑室内空间由主题中庭引导串联,北侧的主入口、南侧连廊以及大型自由体屋面连接两座建筑,形成有机整体。
Construction commenced in 2011. With a total investment of 5 billion Yuan, it was operated on September 1st, 2014. As one of the largest duty-free commercial complex worldwide, it accommodates a great many of global top luxury brands and integrates duty-free shopping, dutiable shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues and cultural presentation. It offers all-round services like catering, shopping, entertainment, travelling and accommodation tips and so forth to forge a perfect shopping experience.
两座建筑中间有一条50米宽的公共轴线从北面穿过场地,南面与海边相连。主入口迎宾大门靠近城市道路,是中心景观轴线的起点,具有天然的向心力。它跨度50米、高35米,下面由三组巨大的钢拱支撑,由1900块金属板和3200块玻璃板通过曲线围合而成,气势宏伟。功能上既保证了良好的自然通风采光,提供游人休闲遮阳的环境,又营造出理想的半室外商业入口空间氛围。主入口广场是主要的交通疏导和公共活动区,为了鼓励无污染的交通方式,特别设计了人行步道来建立起街道与建筑的联系,并设计了多种通道和台阶来引导使用者来到商业中心。
The design inspiration comes from the Haitang Bay flower, the symbol of Sanya.The interior space of the shopping center has been connected by four thematic inner courts characterized by big central voids and covered on the top by glazed free form roof to maximize natural lighting. The enormous entrance in north, bridge in south and large free-form roof help link the two buildings as an organic entirety.
The buildings, organically shaped, embrace in the center a fifty meter public axis that directly connects the site entrance in north to the seaside in south. The shopping center will be divided in two independent buildings connected each other by a monumental entrance that is the starting point of landscape axis. The main entrance composing of 1900 metallic panels and 3200 glazing ones is a big cover spanning more than 50 meter and 35 meter high supported by a system of big steel arches.It forges to ensure satisfied natural lights, provide a sun-shading shelter for visitors and create a semi-open environment for commercial activities. The main entrance is a place for traffic access and holding public events. Walkways linking urban street with buildings and a variety of passages, steps are designed for leading customers into the mall.
两座建筑分别围绕下沉式中心庭院,庭院装饰水景和绿植、中心设置T台可用于展览。庭院周围的店铺也全部采用通透的玻璃幕墙,并可对外直接开门以便活跃商业氛围。位于建筑南侧的连廊适于观景。向南可以远眺海景,向北可以欣赏下沉庭院的景观,具有承上启下的作用。巨大的自由体屋面由玻璃及金属板组成,覆盖两座建筑,轻盈飘逸,造型独特的裙边勾勒出建筑流畅的轮廓,也为购物者提供良好的舒适遮光环境。主入口两侧外立面均采用通透的超白玻璃,以提升奢华品牌的店面档次及可视度。内层为通用立面,取意于深海中的银色鱼群,在此基础上各品牌分别设立自己的标识。这样既保证了建筑的整体形象,又不失各品牌的个性化展现。考虑到建筑的地理环境,南部紫外线照射强烈,建筑师采用了金属板与玻璃板相结合的方式从东西两侧逐渐过度到南侧。为保证立面完整性,采用穿孔铝板,铝板图案为飘曳翩翩的云朵。建筑内四个中庭各被赋予独特主题,由 4个形态各异的壳型钢结构构成。根据采光特点由彩釉玻璃及普通玻璃组合而成,不仅引入自然元素为消费者提供海南特有的明媚光源,更能引导顾客在庞大的购物中心消费、购物;下沉式采光井内设计有热带绿植和水景,不仅吸引顾客、提供放松休闲的场所,更提升了整体空间的商业价值。
The two buildings embrace at their center a sunken courtyard on different levels, integrated with the landscape and water features. The T-stage in the middle is for exhibition and commercial show. The shops around the central plaza are designed with transparent glass facade so as to animate and activate commercial atmosphere. Bridge in south is considered as a landscape viewing gallery. People standing upon the bridge can enjoy the seascape to south and landscape delicately designed at the courtyard. The free form roof has been modeled as an organic surface with a rhythm of glass and aluminum panels resembling the Haitang flower. The main building facade is facing the city street and, in order to offer the maximum visibility to the flagship stores in the front, it has been designed using ultra-transparent glass and full glazing structural system. The generic facade is put inside the building skin with design concept of sliver fish groups in deep sea. Upon the design principle, each brand places its own logo for individualization.The rest of the facade all over the buildings is a composition of glass panels for showcase and aluminum panel for sun protection.For the parts necessary of ventilation, designers place perforated aluminum panels with flying cloud pattern. The interior space of the shopping center it has been designed using a sequence of thematic inner courts characterized by big central voids and covered on the top by the glazed free form roof.They not only help to introduce natural sunlight but also as guidance leading customers to wander around inside.Tropical plants and waterscape are incorporated into the funnel to attract customers by providing a space for leisure and rest as well as sublimate the space quality.
此外,为了给团体游客提供良好的购物体验,防止游人从大巴进入商业的过程中遭受强光直射或雨水淋漓,在建筑外围专门点缀了一些喇叭花状的白色雨棚,他们采用钢结构与张力模结合而成。
In addition, several white canopies in amaryllis shape have been interspersed around the building to protect group tourists and customers from dazzling sunshine or rain fall. They are made up of steel structure and tension modulus.
夜晚主入口及裙边采用冷光点式照明,连续洗边勾勒出轻盈流动的建筑形态,在夜空中蝶影闪烁。LED线型灯依次安装在立面竖向装饰结构内,展现出动态的图画或商业广告。
At night, the spot lights installed on main entrance and skirts and the lights highlighting boundary of the building all attribute to form an image of wonderful flashing butterfly. LED linear lights are inserted into outdoor vertical frames possible of forming abstract image or advertisement at night to create artistic and dynamic atmosphere.
