本案是精装套改造，业主做酒生意，也喜好茶酒。

在改造设计中一是增加储物空间，二是空间利用，三是生活考量。

This case is hardbound cover is transformed, owner does wine business, also be fond of tea wine. In the renovation design, one is to increase the storage space, but the use of space, the third is the consideration of life.

Sketch

空间布局功能上，将客厅中部的墙打通，里面的空间做了书房和衣柜，同时也是主要的储物空间，墙柜下方放置有可延伸的单人沙发，平时可供闲坐，拉伸出来便是一张床，可以做临时居住处，以便访客留住。

空间多功能提升利用率。

On spatial layout function, get through the wall in the middle of the sitting room, the space inside made the study and chest, also be main store content space at the same time, lower part of wall ark is placed to have but outspread single person sofa, can offer idle sitting at ordinary times, stretch out is a piece of bed, can do temporary dwelling place, so that the visitor stays. Multifunctional space to improve utilization.

为了保护隐私，此区域的门采用可透光又具有隐蔽性的长虹玻璃，左右两旁也做了竖排展示柜，可以放置业主的藏酒。

Sketch

整体色调元素上稳重而精致。金属、棕黑木质家具的搭配使得中性气质突出又不失柔和光彩。

客厅保留原始地砖，色调比较统一，阳台由于要通地暖，所以用地板铺就。可以在阳台舒舒服服地喝茶聊天。

bedroom

卧室原本正对床有一面墙，造成开门进入主卧的狭窄通道，我们拆除了这面墙，并在梳妆台、卫生间和床之间加上了一面墙，用以分隔开两个区域，梳妆台与卫生间用门隔开。同时在墙面做了衣柜，增加储物空间，一举两得。

儿童房布置简单的家具，孩子成长的速度很快，方便以后换家具陈设。衣柜依旧做有展示柜，可以放置孩子的玩具。
