This project is located at the center of the Hi-Tech zone of Hefei, Anhui; and developed by Landsea Real Estate and Anhui Investment Group together. Totao Design is the designated architecture firm.

项目位于安徽省合肥市高新区中心地块，业主是朗诗地产与皖新集团。建筑设计为南京同道建筑设计有限公司。

Sales centers for real estate are most commonly ’temporary buildings’. After fulfilling their purpose of real estate sales, they will be either torn down or refurbished for other uses. Thus sales centers are indeed of high costs and last for very short periods. This design is intended to blend in the idea of ’a study’. The proposed idea is to combine the function of sales center and community library. After real estate sales, this property can still be of relatively high usage.

售楼中心多数为“临时建筑”，在完成销售任务后拆除或者重新改造为其他功能，短暂且昂贵。设计将“书房”概念融入其中，提出将售楼中心与 "未来社区图书馆" 功能整合，力图在其使用完毕后，仍有较高的使用率。

There are two fundamental ideas in this design. In order to create a ‘Zen’ space, ‘woody color’ has been set as theme. To provide a peaceful, calm and comfortable reading environment, the design emphasized on the vertical lining, which created the sense of stretched space and expanded spatial scale.

在这个设计中有两个基本概念。其一，为了创造一个“禅”的空间，“木本色彩”被设定为主题。其二，为了营造一个舒适的阅读环境，设计强调纵向的延伸，创造了超出正常空间尺度的安静氛围。整体气质与皖新集团及朗诗地产倡导的人文地产、绿色环保的理念相互呼应。

Layout wise, the space has been separated into five different areas. From the far left to the right end, the experience is public gradually turned private; open space gradually turned into relatively enclosed area.

空间安排上，将平面从左至右划分为五个区域，由公共到私密，由开敞到封闭。
