生活将被不断地艺术化，人们的追求也越来越高。旧的房子，不断更新，也代表着时代的更迭，而在表现的方式上，却是一切都显得自然而然，亲切随意。

Life will be constantly art, people’s pursuit is also higher and higher. The Old House, constantly updated, but also represents the replacement of the Times, and in the performance of the way, it is all seem natural, kind and casual.

不变的构造，万变的改造，摇身一变，会有怎样的改变？

本案女主人是个代表着新时代女性的坚韧、干练，但又渴望栖居小窝是一片自由的天地随心所欲，因此我们拆除了非承重结构墙体，并重组空间关系，通过穿插、组合、呼应的手法，使原建筑的结构融入空间中，成为一个满足通风、采光的互动空间。

原有的红木色地板，让整个空间显得十分暗沉。大面积采用灰色、燕麦色、白色，使原本沉闷的氛围，清爽活泼起来，砖红色边椅点缀，简单不单调，空间瞬间明亮趣味。

The original mahogany color floor, so that the whole space appears very dark and heavy. Large area uses gray, oat color, white, make originally depressing atmosphere, relaxed and lively rise, chair of brick red edge adorns, simple not drab, spatial instant is bright gout.

嵌入收纳柜，既满足了屋主的收纳需求，也在视觉上，延伸了空间感。

全面翻新的卫浴空间，实现了干湿分离，使用时，更方便舒适。空间中，细细品味，又暗含玄机。沐浴时，享受着热气腾腾的水，一天的疲惫，烟消云散。

Fully refurbished bathroom space, to achieve the separation of dry and wet, use, more convenient and comfortable. In the space, savor carefully, and the mystery. When taking a bath, enjoying the steaming water, the exhaustion of a day, disappear in smoke.

陈旧的房子，重新整顿后也能赋予新的定义，焕发光彩。
