设计师通过对空间中常住人口（90后的父母和两个分别为两岁半岁的宝宝）生活状态的思考，以“居住者的生活形态”作为设计核心，打破空间格局，构筑一个协调连贯的开敞式生活起居区,从而实现业主的理想生活。

Through the consideration of the living condition of the resident population (parents of the post-90s generation and two babies of two and a half years old respectively) in the space, the designer takes “The living form of the resident”as the design core to break the spatial pattern, build a harmonious and coherent open living area, so as to achieve the owners of the ideal life.

LIVING ROOM

客厅

作为家庭“核心地带”的客厅，设计师为了把最美妙的景观留在了这里，沿着落地窗做地台打造一个休闲区。双层挑高布局的空间，大幅玻璃窗引入无边光景。如此一来，人在空间中行走坐卧，目之所及皆是风景。

As the family “Core zone”of the living room, the designer in order to leave the most beautiful landscape here, along the floor-to-ceiling windows as a platform to create a leisure area. Double Height layout of the space, large glass windows to introduce the boundless scene. In this way, people walk in the space sit and lie, as far as the eye can see is the scenery.

设计师移动楼梯到客厅区域与窗边的地台衔接，成为客厅最大的视觉停留点。贯通一层的“岛式楼梯”环着木质的立面书架墙盘旋而上，既方便观景也容易取阅书籍。孩子年幼时在地台上嬉戏玩耍，年少时楼梯上静心阅读。无论过去五年、十年，家里的每个角落依然舒适好用。

The designer moves the staircase into the living room area to connect with the floor by the window, making it the largest visual stopping point in the living room. The “Island staircase”runs through the ground floor and circles the wood-clad bookcase wall for easy views and easy access to books. Children play on the floor when they are young and read quietly on the stairs when they are young. For the past five or ten years, every nook and cranny of our home has been comfortable and functional.

LIVING DINING ROOM

客餐厅

承载着家庭生活、娱乐、圈层交往于一体的客餐厅区域，设计师以开放式的形式呈现，通透宽敞的空间，一目了然，父母忙其他事情时也可以即时回应孩子的需求，创造了更多与孩子一起互动成长的亲密时光。

Carrying family life, entertainment, circle interaction in one of the dining area, the designer in an open form, transparent and spacious space, at a glance, parents busy with other things can also respond to the needs of children immediately, create more bonding time with your kids.

全开放式的厨房是一个立体互动的家庭社交空间，设计师将所有的非承重墙拆除，无法移动的烟道延伸为岛台的一部分，形成客厅-厨房之间完美的“洄游动线”。衔接合理的动线确保各个功能区域之间的顺畅流转，实现会客亲子等生活场景一体化。完全打开的厨房和各个公共空间产生积极互动，孩子也可以在此自由奔走。

The fully open kitchen is a three-dimensional interactive family social space, the designer will all non-load-bearing walls removed, unable to move the flue extension into part of the island, forming a living room-kitchen perfect “Migratory line.”. Connect the reasonable line to ensure the smooth flow between the various functional areas, to achieve the integration of visiting parents and children and other life scenes. The fully open kitchen creates a positive interaction with the various public spaces, where children are also free to roam.

BATHROOM SPACE

卫浴空间

卫浴空间的线条简练利落，大面积大理石在空间内铺陈，以自然肌理表达简约的美感。大面积玻璃隔断，强化了场所的穿透感，也完成了功能区分割，淋浴和盥洗区各自独立。干湿分离的设计，让每一次卫浴体验都舒适方便，品质生活触手可及。

The lines of the bathroom space are concise and neat. Large areas of marble are laid out in the space to express the simple aesthetic feeling with natural texture. The large glass partition enhances the sense of penetration of the site and completes the Functional Division, with separate shower and toilet areas. The design of dry-wet separation, so that every bathroom experience is comfortable and convenient, quality of life within reach.
