/ 设计背景 /

本套项目位于汉口中心地带的老小区。与业主于项目接触之时：“世界很小，城市很大，朋友不多不少，转介于朋友，或许我们也是朋友了。”本案是已装修十年的旧房子，原本只是想局部改造，但是言谈之间客户对于居住空间的品质似乎改造还是无法完全达到要求。在两次沟通过后决定全部拆除。和大多数人一样，长期受到新潮流都市生活的熏陶，无法接受老旧扁平的装饰，自身对于空间开放的接受程度也较高，最终确定改造方向，让动线的走向不至于过于单一化。

原始结构

痛点：由于本案房子是旧房改造，原本的设计上亦有很多的不合理。加上本案的原始结构为错层式结构，结构上被硬性划分，改造难度增加；原本的卫生间都没有自然采光，离活动区稍远；厨房受到原始结构限制，处于逼仄角落，使用起来十分难受，需要优化。

Pain point: Since the house in this case is an old house renovation, the original design is also unreasonable. In addition, the original structure of this case is a split-level structure, and the structure is rigidly divided, which increases the difficulty of transformation; the original bathroom has no natural lighting and is slightly far from the activity area; the kitchen is restricted by the original structure and is in a cramped corner, so it is easy to use and very uncomfortable, needs optimization.

客厅：

繁杂的老旧功能，需要被未来的长居者用简单轻松的生活方式打破，而白色是最好的开始。以生活日常作为纽带，从客厅启航，宽敞的会客空间，对应每个功能分区；纯色的满墙柜体贯穿沙发背后，低调内敛充分诠释简洁的生活理念；嵌入式灯，线条感十足若隐若现；极具设计感的潮流家具陈设足够有分量，利用微妙的色彩明度，打破对白色空间扁平式印象，创建极具艺术魅力的时尚之地。

The complicated and old functions need to be broken by the long-term residents of the future with a simple and relaxed lifestyle, and white is the best start. Taking daily life as the link, set sail from the living room, spacious meeting space, corresponding to each functional zone: the solid-color full wall cabinet runs through the back of the sofa, and the low-key and introverted overall vision fully interprets the concise life concept; embedded lights, The lines are full and looming; the trendy furnishings with a sense of design have enough weight, and the subtle color and brightness are used to break the flat impression of the white space and create a fashionable place with great artistic charm.

另一处有意思的灵感，需要从正面才能发现。从天花垂坠而下的书架，撑起丰富的画面质感。空间结构上得到大幅度跳跃，逐步引导人置身于一个功能齐全的新世界。独立的体块同时起到搭配空间完整性作用。

Another interesting inspiration needs to be discovered from the front. The bookshelf hanging down from the ceiling supports a rich sense of picture. The biggest leap in the spatial structure will gradually lead people to a new world with complete functions. The independent volume also plays a role in collocation space integrity.

餐厅

极简的形式不仅仅局限于作为一种形式表现和视觉上的感受，更多地是在引导一种方向，一种生活方式，能为人所服务。餐厅便是运用这一概念，在原本受限制错层结构下，架起开放式用餐角落。借着台阶，一侧设置为吧台紧贴餐桌，一侧为开放式备餐区域紧邻厨房，给予使用者完美的用餐体验。空间始终都在传递一种健康与简单的态度。在未来，在这个家里，也注定会发生无数简单幸福的故事。

The minimalist form is not only confined to being a form of expression and visual experience, it is more of guiding a direction, a way of life, and being able to serve people. The restaurant uses this concept to set up an open dining corner under the originally restricted split-level structure. With the steps, one side is set as a bar close to the dining table, and one side is an open-style meal preparation area adjacent to the kitchen, giving users a perfect dining experience. Space always conveys a healthy and simple attitude. In the future, in this home, countless simple and happy things are also destined to happen.

多功能区/位于室内一隅的多功能区，我们将其保留。经过重新设计，规划成为转换和互动二合一区域。阳光透过窗户散落一地，营造出温暖明亮的氛围。老旧平仄的立面形态，改为弧形墙面，一面墙上设置造型镜，在光影的反射下，多了一些律动的画面感，恰到好处放大空间小情致。

We keep the multifunctional area in the corner of the room. After redesign, it is planned as a two-in-one area of conversion and interaction. Sunlight is scattered in one corner through the window, creating a warm and bright atmosphere. An additional modeling mirror is set on the wall, to a certain extent, under the reflection of the movie, it adds a sense of agile picture, just to enlarge the space.

主卧

卧室是趋于感性的地方，与活动区域的冷静不同，温馨更加符合睡眠环境营造。自然的暖色系围合出一个温和舒适的睡眠氛围。趋于原始肌理感的墙壁，颇有秋的诗意，寥寥几笔勾勒质朴气息。通过这种对空间氛围的营造，给予业主极度舒适的居家体验。

The bedroom is a place that tends to be sensual. It is different from the calmness of the activity area, and the warmth is more in line with the creation of a sleeping environment. The warm colors of natural saturation form a gentle and comfortable atmosphere. The surrounding walls, which tend to be primitive texture, are quite poetic in autumn, with a few strokes that outline a simple atmosphere. Through this kind of creation of space atmosphere, it gives the owner an extremely comfortable home experience.

儿童房

儿童房延续主卧温馨画面，通过儿童懵懂的元素缔造温润多样的居室差异感。讨巧的组合背景绘画与简单的室内结构形成鲜明的对比，为儿童天地增添了一份别样的魅力。书桌与衣柜没有结合，却也恰恰是考虑长远的成长动线。

The children’s room continues the warm picture of the master bedroom, creating a warm and varied sense of room difference through children’s ignorant elements. The ingenious combination of background painting and simple interior structure form a sharp contrast, adding a different kind of charm to the children’s world. The desk and the wardrobe are not combined, but it is precisely the consideration of long-term growth.
